We can’t even buy semi auto rifles anymore without a permit which is the same as getting a CC permit 🤦♂️ literally can’t even go buy a .22lr if it’s semi auto which is INSANE. I dream of having the gun rights that other states have.

i can cut the seatbelts out of my truck does that make it Dodges fault? no...
i did to when they stopped working at the reel
Good point
@@katana258 i wasnt saying i did that lol
New York is ridiculous anyways. As well as California. Sorry not sorry.
Glock should stop sales to law enforcement in New York
NY will then blame other states. The "problem" they want to solve is the 2A and armed citizens.
No, you can’t ban legal firearms that are illegally converted to shoot innacurately.
Rapidly firing. Does that mean banning Jerry Miculeks finger? Lol
AFT: Don't temp me
gotta pay a yearly tax.
I wonder if still, any gun manufacturers business in that state???
Didn't they ban Glocks before in New York but went back on it when they caught the Chief of Police or something like that carrying one?
No, all Glocks are currently available in NYS. To pistol permit holders. But sold with 10 round magazines. Who would want a Glock 17 with a 10 round mag? That is why I own few full size, or double stack pistols.
@@sksjustice7693Huh? 🤦♂️ I know they're currently available. They obviously wouldn't be trying to ban them again if they weren't. I'm talking about a previous time where the government banned them but reversed it because even though it was illegal to have some high ranking person like the chief of police was still carrying one!
@@sksjustice7693 If you need more than 10 rounds learn how to shoot.
@@cjsteele9594 So by your logic. Law enforcement, military police like yourself. And even combat infantrymen. Should be able to only use 10 round magazines. Because if they are not effective enough with 10 rounders. They apparently have to “learn how to shoot”. Despite being out gunned by any adversary with “standard” capacity magazines.
Note that all handguns are registered in New york, so they've got a confiscation list
the info that pops up at 0:46 I was downtown in Sacramento that night. im a DJ. I was a block away from the shooting. Im a gun owner and believe in 2A, when in heard the shots, I knew immediately that the shooter had a switch. criminals don't care about the laws, and law abiding gun owners in Cali have to pay the price.
white supremacists no doubt
Ha haaa !!! You guys voted 🗳️ for this !!!!! ENJOY 😊
I was born and raised up in New York city until l was 13 l am glad l don't live there anymore
Escape from New York
Iv shot a glock with the switch..i guarantee from experience that i can put more rounds more accurately than full auto..the switch is a punk gun..
Lol you just have no training with it, burst firing it can take out several bad guys in CQB like shown in secret service videos
Yeah, like the criminals are going to go for that😂🤣😂🤣
If NY requires you to register your weapons with the state, good luck!
They already do, at least for pistols.
New York has had mandatory handgun registration for decades
Can't believe how stupid NY politics are
The way I read this bill it would ban all semi automatic handguns that have the "ability" to be converted to full auto
Can gun manufacturers grow some balls and coordinate together with distributors to stop selling all guns to the NY government if the state passes these laws? Please!
What irony it would be the second Amendment was secured by using the second Amendment
That could only have happened in America. This, unfortunately, is afromexica now.
Sorry guys but the law reads” any modifiable semiautomatic “
They will never stop , switches or not they will never stop . They have unlimited money and power bc none of us will unite and put an end to it.
Full automatic is rapidly with a single pull of a trigger.
This is a baseless claim. They're basically saying that because a product 'could' be easily modified into a machine gun, and the manufacturer is aware of it, its incumbent upon them to modify their product? There are millions of products on the market, which, if used exactly as they are intended to be (NO MODIFICATIONS) can kill somone: cigarettes, alcohol, prescription drugs, vehicles, baseball bats, cutlery, bricks, power tools, golf clubs, etc. Why don't we sue everyone who makes any product that can kill a person?
According to Democrats all those things are totally different..... somehow.
Are the odds out when the Civil war will start? Asking for a friend.
Do not go along with it. Never let them disarm you. Keep your guns all of them!
The Socialist History of gun bans and confiscations has killed hundreds of millions of humans.
No Matter what.
Civil disobedience! ✊
“Resist much, obey little”-- Walt Whitman.
They have handgun registration. They will mobilize local and state police and if necessary the national guard to go block by block to do it, maybe arm a d deputize illegals
I thought California was the only crazy state
I'm sure the criminals will get right on top of following these rules!
Yes, right now, all criminals are absolutely turning in their Glocks. The same way they will NEVER have more than 10 rounds in their magazines.
And not one single law abiding citizen has one, nor would we ever want one
Indeed
Let’s get you to a million subs homie
“Honmie.” You’re a good example of why this country is in the gutter.
@@sqwk2559 Why because I want to see a good channel grow? I can spell correctly? Even after you edited it once ? I think you are the problem.
And this will affect the *CRIMINALS* not one bit....
The problem, as always, is a vague term used in the law. In this case, it is the phrase 'readily convertible'.
The thing us, it's not readily convertible without buying a major component (a Glock switch).
Just because it's relatively easy to obtain that component doesn't mean that the gun is readily convertible.
That "problem" is completely intentional so they can immediately apply this law to all firearms and once again end run the 2nd.
Glad I have Leosa. But I stay out of Marxist states.

Why anyone in their right mind would chose to live in the State of NY is just beyond all comprehension. Twilight Zone Stuff for sure.
NYS and NYC are great places to live however like everything else in this life there are trade-offs in this life
It'll never happen. The lawsuits will fly
it must become law first. Then you have years of people being made into criminals before it is resolved.
The courts have done nothing to overturn the illegal CCIA, so this will go into law and be the law. The second amendment has been obliterated in NY

She did get re-elected though.
Some of these states are getting quite cocky, as of late...
