Congratulations 🎉 I am so happy for you. Buying a house is such a huge milestone. We just bought our house, and I wanted an electricity hob, too 😂🤣 but I got a gas hob. The gas hob is growing on me, and I like it now. We have the same tile in our bathrooms. ❤

These new builds have such as odd floorplan/layout. What do you mean you have to go through/past the living room, downstairs toilet to access the kitchen ?!
It is pokey small but this is what we have to put up with in the uk. If they live down south then that property would be no less than 350k minimum, about $400k in the north it would be a little less.

As a British tradesman I can confirm that its built from the cheapest materials imported from the EU, first fix joiners dont often use a spirit level when erecting the internal walls and there is no insulation in your 3inch thick walls that wobble if you push on them...the place sounds hollow in your vid, your doors are made of cardboard, you won't have a gas feed so your electricity bill will be massive. I suppose all this would put people off a house like that if they wear actually paying for it themselves but I guess you get the modern cardboard house for free.
