Such a beautiful winter snow hiking day which i love to watch as well. This places look like paradise to me. Hope and wish go to visit one time on vocation. Support and cant wait to see your next video. Thanks❤
Other hostel in Breck is The Fireside Inn! Very good. Right around corner from laundromat. Lower occupancy rooms than the Bivy (from what I have heard) so peaceful and quiet!! Easy to book online with them from the top of Georgia Pass!
Great video!!! Sorry I missed the live but can’t wait for more! I will try to make the next one. I can’t believe you r in Chicago!! We need to meet up this summer and do some hiking in Michigan!! We r only about 2.5 hours from you!!
Snack Box, need to relisten to this but someone just told me they felt my idea of resupplying every 4 maybe 5 day was going to be next to impossible if I only make 8 - 12 miles per day (which I expect to do). Do you agree? Have you seen a thru hike resupply plan for someone going my speed?
This is a GREAT question! For the most part, I think you could make this work with a good deal of planning. It would be toughest in two stretches: between Monarch Pass and Lake City, and between Silverton and Durango. Both could be done, but might require a shuttler to pick you up on a tough road. I'd be happy to talk over a strategy for making it work if that would help!
@@OutsideComfortZone thanks! I'll circle back. I would greatly appreciate a talk. I'm prepping for a Benton Mackaye Trail Thru Hike in April so when I get back it's all planning for CT in July. I'm somewhat planning both at the same time.
Hi Todd, Unfortunately, they do not. My wife took her dog all the way from Denver to Durango and found that generally speaking, it was very doable but added a number of extra expenses. I think your best bet with a pup would be to park your car at the Durango airport and then get a rental car from a pet-friendly rental company back to Denver. Then start your hike with the help of a pet-friendly shuttler to take you from the car drop-off to the Indian Creek Trailhead where you will have to start since Waterton doesn't allow dogs. Does this help a bit? Hope so!
It’s good to see you again guys ! hope you have been having yourself a relaxing weekend.
Stay well guys
Thanks! You too!
You have been doing great with the livestreams, nice delivery and chat activity. Well done Snackbox. 📺💯🌱
Listening to you discuss resupply gets me thinking of price gouging on route. 🤖
I think it happens some, for sure!
Thank you, WW! I wouldn't have had the confidence to try had I not learned from the best.

Shuttling, isn’t that what geezers like me do for the first mile or so after we drag our old bones out of the sack in the morning?
Haha! That sounds about right!
Does the busting take a Labrador hiking partner 75 pounds
