    The 80's was the best decade ever!!!! Reckless, fun, drunk, anything goes.....I feel bad for anyone who never experienced that decade. This video brings back so many awesome memories of my teens

      Canadian right here!! This song was released the year I was born. I honestly believe this is the best Canadian 80s rock song ever. The runner up is Burning in Love by Honeymoon Suite

    I have always loved this song I remember listening to it back in the day when it was out! The video totally encapsulate what the 80s was like! I finally saw them when they came to Winnipeg a few years ago, even though Paul looks different, same eyes same voice, he bent down and we kissed on the lips during the song. Then at the end when he's singing that part you are such a sweet thing he looked right at me and pointed at me, dying! Swoon!

    I met them at the Music Store in Charlottetown in the early 80s, then saw them live at St. F.X. With the release of this album. They opened with this song and I could feel the bass through my heart! Heavy!!!

    This band brings back so many memories of my teen years. This cassette was playing as my mom drove my best friend home one night. The tape flipped to the next side and was quite for a few seconds then this song came on. Lol I thought my mom was going to have a heart attack as this song yelled out DROP THE NEEDLE!!! Too funny 😂 Still makes me giggle every time I hear this song!

      OK I got out and seen One Bad Son and the Trews. Oh my fuck can the Trews rock it out and One Bad Son wasn't bad at all. I want to see the trews again but I am in New Brunswick and they don't come down here too much. I'm glad they made it to Shediac this year!

    I remember growing up listening to Haywire, I had no idea that they were from PEI, and I live in Charlottetown, so when i found out in my late teens I was surprised and filled with pride! Then here about 5 years ago I started a new job, and the guy at the desk beside me began chatting with me,...we talked everyday for about 2 weeks, until one day somebody said...he is Haywires lead vocalist! Ya it was Paul Macausland...I ran to my desk and was like Paul...wtf man...you didn't tell me you sang with Haywire!! LOL...funny story! Hes a good guy...smokes my brand too we were smoking buddies haha!

    i saw them in concert in 1987 when they were at the height of there fame. i was 16 at the time, and my friend and i were sprayed with hoses at the concert. the entire crowd was sprayed. it got so hot.! great concert. will never forget!

    The only song in history where the best part is in the first two seconds. DROP THE NEEDLE!!!! And the rest of it ain't nothing to sneeze at either.
    I STILL remember the first time I heard it on the radio and thought, "Now THAT's how you sing a rock song!"
    Canada, Muchmusic, Glass Tiger, Haywire, Honeymoon Suite, Bryan Adams, Tom Cochrane, the 80s. It was a good time to be alive, young, and Canadian. I wish I had taken the time to appreciate it more. 🇨🇦👆😃🤪 LL
