Well the new stuff... apparently rumor is this is either reformulated or the quality of the ingredients took a dive when Dmitry was hospitalized 🤷🏻♂️

The new Musk Khabib is so smooth with no sharp edges, about 8 sprays gets me about 7-8 hours.
If I chance upon his wooden cap version, I’ll compare it with my 2024 one.

It's really a honor to have these precious perfumes and being able to smell them as you speak, it really expands the scope how I can intellectualize and experience them. Musk Khabib translates as Dear Musk. I feel like there is a pun that may or may not be intentional (dear musk *deer musk*).
Each hair in reindeer fur is actually hollow to better insulate from the cold, so it has this very special feel in it. It's the second warmest coat in the world after a polar bear.

Cheers Rams ,my bottle was purchased in 2020 metal cap bottle I find it today 3 years on perfectly fine in every way ,that said I don’t really expect Artisinal fragrances and attars to preform over 5 hours maybe it’s my skin but that’s the way they wear on me , great video and just just watched the new Animalic line from Adam now that is right up the Rams street in fact he should call the street Ram Road lol 😂 cheers man have a great Sunday 🙏✌️👍

I really don’t like the metal cap version!! Would love to try wooden cap. Musk as an ingredient has lately been my favorite material to smell in a perfume. Love the way Ensar & Areej do their musks. My office smelled like deer musk for days after I sprayed OG Tonkin Musk there.
I need to smell some of those ensar musks one day 🦌
I think this is the best review of Bortnikoff you made this week. Just by the the amount of details, by the passion and tone of your voice I would assume that this was you favourite Bortnikoff. You say it's not. My second best guess would be that musk is your favourite note (over oud even) you just don't know that with your logical part of the brain yet :D

Here I am again in agreement with your review. I wanted to understand real musk so I bought it last month (new cap and mist sprayer) but this fragrance doesn’t really do it because the musk seems to be mixed with ylang-ylang.
The balance but prominence of ylang-ylang in this fragrance makes it unisex but leans feminine to my nose.
Guess I’ll be on the hunt for EO2 and Siberian Musk as per your suggestion. If only it weren’t so hard to buy.
It is a real task to hunt some of those down.... I still haven't been able to find a bottle of EO2 lol
@@RamseytheRamgot my hands on a decant of Siberian Musk III, it is a different take on musk that's pissy and mixes with green notes and a touch of citrus.
Definitely more masculine than Musk Khabib, which is better, but might not be good enough for me.
Oh there is no doubt siberian Musk is ranked higher than Musk Khabib to me... check out my top 77 Artisnal Fragrances video

Ramsey, I think the name is a play on words, kbabib means something like dear as in something affectionate, and is therefore named dear musk

Wearing musk khabib is like wearing comfortable fragrant golden fur. From my experience, the chocolaty facet will developed after the perfume sits close to one year
