There is a backpack. It’s in the set
while no waist cape is disappointing I think its fine considering the leg print is good. I think 90% of the issue is the helmet. It looks like while being printed the machine went haywire and just missed it.
I'm personally OK with the ammo pouch size on the torso printing. Proportions on Lego figure prints have always emphasized stylism over an exact 1 to 1 off of the source material to at least some degree. Lego figures just down to their shape are stylized in contrast to the franchises they're often based off of, so it makes sense that their print details take certain proportion liberties too. This is evident among many Star Wars minifigures, along with other Lego themes.
I think the helmet is probably the biggest issue with it. Seems like they were so close but just missed the mark with the printing

I gave up on LEGO making good clone troopers, let alone good helmets and kamas years ago. I've gone to Clone Army Customs/Tyler who made quality helmets for Fives, Rex, Cody, 212th and many others.

my guess is that LEGO is using printing machine that was used on OLD mold without holes, but now the helmet with holes is little changed. so that machine is making that gap on top of the helmet. because when you look at old ones, its totally fine. and in official set picture he has a backpack XDD
i'm imperial fan so i dont care that much, but in my opinion his figure is awsome.

Seems weird to make a conclusion that it is not included and then complain how Lego didn't include it, when it was obviously not certain at the time of making the video. I know you're trying to make content but leaks should always be given the benefit of doubt.

The backpack is still a possibility. Considering the last one was a brick built. This one could still appear in the set itself

I had never even considered filling in the gap on the helmet, but even that one fix made the helmet look 100% better with even the one simple fix
To be honest, the minifigure isn't bad, I already knew it would have the karma printed on it and the holes in the helmet And I think the helmet is ok, it's not bad and I'm even happy that Lego produced it, but I feel like the 501 Jet Trooper helmet Still looks a little better in terms of printing and I would love to receive this minifigure one day as it will not be accessible to everyone
It's cool the helmet doesn't even bother me because lego has printing limitations you can see on other clones like the 501st or 332nd figures
They didn’t have those limitations 10 years ago when they made the Wolfpack troopers

I think LEGO physically cannot print on those gaps near the fin of the helmet. The 332nd troopers w/ helmet holes had a way larger gap near the fin than the original non-helmet hole one in the AAT set. The 212th troopers also have that huge gap that was not present on the 2014 realistic versions.
All other clones released on the new helmets with holes have the same issue: 501st helmets in the newest battlepack vs. the 2020 ones have same larger gap.
I think the new helmet mold with holes has some issue with their printer and they have not fixed it

As flawed as the minifigure may be in attention to detail for show-specific inclusions, I think it's a massive step forward from other 25th anniversary figures

Fives is getting a brick built backpack, personally we’ll normally I don’t like printed waistcapes. I think the decision here is better than having a plain waist cape. I can’t see Lego doing printed waistcapes anytime soon
The fact they continue to really try and then stop trying 90% of the way there is insane, like with fox they got so much of it right they definitely looked at references and then STILL chose to do it wrong, embarrassing.
9/10 figures but then they drop the ball so hard I have to give them a failing grade
I have a 41st elite Corp trooper who I have kept fully together for over 10 years, he has no cracks, I think it's not keeping figures together that damages them but taking off their arms
As of now, the fives figure has a backpack, my guess why it doesn't show up in the leaks is because it is brickbuilt.

You joking right? the last we got a normal phase 1 clone was 2 years ago and the last time we got a normal phase 2 clone was 10 goddamn years ago!! Though i do agree that fives would look better in phase 1......and with a waist cape

Helmet hole is causing print gaps if lego continues with named clones that has gap prints is gonna make people more angrier.

2:06 "for some reasons" the reason is simply the helmet holes, this isnt the first time the top printing of clones helmets is spread out like this, since the introduction of helmet holes in 2022 with the AT-TE ALL of the clones helmets (that have print on the top part) have been misprinted (some are more obvious than other but they're pretty much all like this)
it started with the 212th's triangle shape that was ruined
ashoka trooper's holed helmets have also very spread out printing compared to the non holed version
The reason is simple the holed helmet is simply a different piece that has different proportions (bad proportions btw) and lego did not adapt (or failed to adapt) the printing to these new helmets
btw the backpack is actually in the set, on the new leaks we can see he has a backpack, and it actually looks like the same they made back in the days with the 1.5 ARC Trooper so props to lego it looks nice!

Not making a Phase 1.5 helmet, not including a backpack (Printed backpacks doesn't reaally count), and ugly printing on the helmets is cutting costs only for profitting more, its common to see BIG coopertaions nowadays focussing on profitting more than pleasing fans, its honestly sad. (Would be better off if they made a Phase 1.5 fives minifigure back in 2014, would be 10x better, sucks they can't beat what was done a decade ago)

Dude why would they make a phase 1.5 helmet? He only had that helmet for three episodes in TCW whereas he had the phase 2 helmet for eight episodes in the show which were also way more iconic than the Citadel arc
The phase 1.5 helmet wouldn't make sense because he wore that in fewer episodes than his phase 2 helmet, and the figure IS including a brick built backpack.

i think the figure looks great. i think they all look great, every single one. the new 501st the 212th, the 187th, the 332nd the coruscant guard, the plain p2s, rex, fives, cody, fox, and vaughn, i dont care about the printed capes, i dont care that rexs pauldron is a bit too big, i dont care about the helmet holes. i dont care the 212th helmet isnt the correct triangle design. i just dont care at all, they're all so cool
