Inventory space seems to be my biggest issue in every game i play...& this game allows less inventory space than most. I definitely need more places to put things. Would love it if favorite items went into their own tab. That way i could just delete everything in passively picking up during gold farm in Echo Swamp
I noticed this since day 1 and ngl im willing to suffer manually changing my build every time. Having an inventory limit this low is a big blow. But the fixed catalysts is a shot to the knee. I'd rather it be a space that could be changed to any type as long as you have the catalyst used on that slot instead of it being a done deal. Cuz grinding for another catalyst to change it is hard to even think of.
I’ve got a question why can’t they just make money like every other f2p game does, skins and season pass? Why must they charge for slot space and paints…?
Every other f2p game? Charging for inventory space is common (arpg, basically every gacha, etc...). Charging for paint is also common and falls under cosmetics. If you're referring specifically to the paint being one-time use, Destiny 2 used to do it too, and that game charged 100$ a year
Well tbf in destiny's case yeah the shaders were consumables but they could be re purchased with in game currency (Lumen and legendary shards) both being easily obtainable, in tfd case it's just dumb to make them one time use and make them purchasable only with caliber @@Jet-ij9zc
@@DigiCube4 Exactly this, dont get the complaining, people like Tux just like to complain ig.

@DigiCube4 because as they add more stuff into the game or you unlock more characters you'll really start to run out of space. Not exactly rocket science
Not really. Even if you regularly play 10 different descendants and have a different gun reactor and external components for each one that is still just a little over half your inventory space. And thats assumming you regularly play 10 different people, which would be highly unlikely that your actually using them all regularly. Thats not even taking into account that we have a storage box to keeo extra stuff we arent currently using. Yea ut would be cool to just have a quadrillion inventory slots and never give a crap, but its not necessary unless if they add like double as much stuff as there currently is.
They should’ve made each Descendant loadout separate, the same way Warframe does for each Tenno. If you equip a specific build on Rhino but then switch over to play Trinity for a specific level and wanna use a mod that is equipped on Rhino it will just ask to unequip from Rhino to use for Trinity. It’s that simple but they just over complicating things and making multiple ways of extracting funds from their consumers. As well as the overpricing for so much in the game other than the costumes because I don’t mind spending money on cosmetics that look cool.
Actually this is not the case, at least not anymore in WF. You only need 1 version of a mod and it is usable in any number of frames. The only exception being if you need the mod at a different rank
WF is a bad example. They initiated that never-ending incentive to extract money from their consumers. Slots for weapons, slots for frames, slots for each different type of pets, slots for stuff I forgot, speed up research taking days prime frame etc etc. Nexon exactly took note from WF except for the cluttering loot part coming from Destiny, which is not the best blend anyway. The saving part for WF is that allowing trading blueprints, modules, and the game money you buy with real money created a player's economy.
@@Shadow-tf3gj no but you just dump everything at the start of the day or when you go to albion, how often do you actually switch chars in a day really?
@@angelus877 3 to 4 times i guess depends on what i was farming. If its void reactor would probably be more. Sharen->match elements descendent for fragments->dps descendent for boss->not get what i want then repeat from sharen🥲.
I knew it was mostly inventory management pretty early on, and none of that was appealing to me. Every other looter has that problem, and only one has really changed its gameplay loop to deal with it, but...because it's not the current hotness, people don't want to have that conversation.
They should add a auto deconstruct for certain low level items that u don't want and filter them along with maybe double kiper/gold monthly or bi weekly along with a daily log in to keep players coming back everyday
my answer to the catalyst slots being shared was to instead of choosing a socket type when you reset a weapon it instead just ads a counter, aka hey you have reset this weapon 5 times, chose 5 polarities, then you could just swap polarities or save different setups.
Better pick up filter (auto dismantle) would be great. There is also a ton of RNg in the combination of secondary stats. This is a game that could use optimization and recalibration, lol.
Wow, I completely agree with everything you said about the inventory space in The First Descendant! It's insane how quickly you fill up your stash, especially early on in the game. I've been playing for 250 hours, and I'm constantly having to stop and manage my inventory. The fact that you can't inspect or dismantle gear on the ground is a huge pain too. It makes it really difficult to decide what to pick up, especially when your inventory is full. And don't even get me started on the cost of increasing your stash space! $500 for 1,000 slots is just outrageous. I totally agree that the devs need to make some changes. Here are a few things I think would help: - Increase the base stash space - Allow us to inspect and dismantle gear on the ground - Make the cost of increasing stash space more affordable - Increase the number of descendant slots and preset slots - Add Auto Dismantle
@@Majin_B To be fair, most of the time is "waiting" for things to happen. Either Outposts with 5 minutes cooldown or teleporting to get an instance with less. Same with item "research". Capacity items needs 30 hours waiting for completion each time(!). Descendants take from 8 hour each part to 16 hours for the final assembly. Many examples, yet not a single one true playtime.
Definitely more character slots at base and I would like to be able to see the loot before I pick it up or dismantle it it’ll save time, but maybe that’s the division in us. It will be convenient to do so tho.
We have to wait and see if Nexon makes premium currency tradeable, but...I would doubt they'll do that. They're not going to overcharge for everything in the game like this, then make premium currency easier to get without paying.
Yeah Warframe get away with this by the premium currency being tradable and costs being way lower. If they wanna get Warframe players to get into the game they are going to have to at least be as fair. Too much pay for convenience
FINALLY someone that talked about the stupid descendant slots ITS SO STUPID. It wasnt there during beta and it shouldnt be there now. Idk why no one has talked about this.
Personally I'd be okay with the 1000 stash space costing at MOST 100$. you can either buy it all at once and be done with it, or buy a little bit here and there until its capped. Would also just love a auto dismantler with filters we can set to get rid of stuff were not looking for while keeping stuff that we are.
Well arranged and thought out content. After having to run away from battle every 5 minute, wait for combat to wear off, quickly sift through my full inventory and crush everything i dont need, the limited inventory seriously interrupts combat flow badly and there's no way to resolve it other than to pay money.
Honestly, I spend more time in menu than fighting. Or im leaving potential gear i could use on the ground. Jus today, i lost a transcendant mod cuz my mods were full and i couldnt delete in the field.
Daily reminder...Nexon had a literal blueprint on how to do this all PROPERLY. Warframe is right there, and they clearly copied their homework for at least two of their major systems (modding and researching). Yet somehow didn't get premium currency trading into the game at launch, and didn't make amorphous materials award all players in a group the CHOICE of any reward anyone else's amorphous materials? Nah. Those were ON PURPOSE choices to make the game worse. "DEVS ARE LISTENING?" No. They. Are. NOT.
My first thought was that there is missing a filter to automatically dissemble gear that don't have the attributes you are looking for, like dissemble all gear that has a shield stat roll on it or reactors that have required ultimate gun that you don't use.
They should add another type of catalyst that only changes the slot selected; that way the regular catalyst can run through all the sets like it currently does.
This isn't a problem for me but I get your point, and do agree. My problem is with all the RNG layers on the grind, if that isn't made simpler like, that amorfous material gives you this bit and you have 40 or 35% chance of success to get it after killing said boss or doing said activity, it's gonna make me burnout. Like it is, for a solo player like me, it's unrewarding.
I compare the first descendant to warframe for the store related stuff as it is the comparing very similar games and types of purchases. Warframe has 57 base Warframes and only gives you 2 or 3 Slots for them to start while TFD does 10 Slots for 14 Descendants. Warframe slots are 20 Plat (75 Plat is $5 USD) each. Yes you can also get Warframe slots for free during events more frequntly as well now, but TFD has the advantage here starting with 10 slots to the 14 base Desendants vs warframes 2/3 to the 57 Warframes available. Warframe you start with 8 weapon Slots, 8 weapons (primary, secondary and melee), 8 Sentinels or their weapons and 2 Kubrows. 12 Plat for 2 extra slots of the respective types Can also get more slots through ingame events free. TFD you start with 75 slots and get morr for free as you increase the Mastery rank Warframes cost you $15-$20 in plat but include the Orokin Reactor pre-installed and a Slot for the purchase if you buy them. Descendants are about the same prices but don't include the Energy Activator or slot with them. The Orokin Reactor and Orokin Catalyst are 20 plat so under $2 USD. Energy Activators are $30 on TFD to do the same thing as the Orokin Reactor/Catalyst do (Reactor for Warframes and Catalyst for Weapons) Prime Warframe Bundles are about $80 USD and again come with the Reactor and Warframe slot, but also include 2 Prime Weapons 2 Slots and the Pre-installed orokin Catalysts, as well as the same amount (or more) of plat as you would normally get if you just purchased the plat itself. TFD Roughly $100 for 5750 Caliber bundle for the 5000 Caliber to get the top Ultimate bundles which are the Descendant, 1 Slot, 1 Energy Activator, Head/Body Skin for the Descendant and some boosters for about the same price. Warframe the Calor Palets are just unlocks for 75 Plat so $5 and can be used as many times as you want without any extra costs. TFD colors are consumable 1 shot items and can only be applied to skins not the default looks of weapons and Descendants at I belive 50 Caliber each color usage. Over all pricing/value comparisons between the games Warframe has a much better value for the prices and values than the first Desendant every where except the starting slots is a much better price/deal.
Realistically.....you're not using more than 10 of that 14. Enzo(vaults), Sharen(infiltrate), Viessa(Chill), Lepic(Ult fire), Valby or Bunny(Ult farm), Freyna(Toxic), Ajax(Tank), and then any other descendant of your choice.
I thought it was odd they upped trash loot drops by 50%. Now it makes sense they wanna sell item space for cash and flood you with loot. Tons of people stopping mid mission to clear their inventory until they get mad and buy 1000 extra item space.
Prices are sh##, and when you spend money they should give a bonus at the prices the devs have up, sure you get what you get but fk me dude, its not worth it.
All inventory, descendant, stash, and loadout expansions should be purchasable with in game currency. Like a mil for each stash slot and 10 mil for a preset or descendant slot. It would keep you on that grind even more and allow you to save/purchase your real money currency for cosmetic items.
They may do good in making those prices a little less predatory, and yeah it worries me when I have to go menu to delete stuff in the middle of activity to grab something I want to check right immediately it is also worries me partner players may think am in AFK them.
What they need to do is make some kind o auto dismantler that would solve the inventory problem, and at least in my case ive build a few descendants lvled them up to 40 and then delete them.
The mfing irony of me just complaining about this to my brothers who stopped playing halfway through the campaign on release. It seems intentional because of the limits of breaking stuff down in combat areas aka buy more slots or waste 45 seconds finding a spot where you can break things down.
I mean what’s the point of farm for items if you’re not looking through what you farmed? If you’re only farming for kiper then there’s no point in stopping to breakdown. If you’re farming for items then get a full bag and inspect and rinse and repeat. Where’s the issue?
@@DigiCube4 the fact that it takes 20,000 Multi-Composite Receivers to craft x200 weapon reroll mats. I can't just stop for 5 seconds in the middle of combat and empty my inventory so I can continue to pick up weapons to dismantle. I have to finish the mission, then go find somewhere away from where I am farming and waste time on what could already be another run. Reactors are the biggest offender when it comes to inventory bloat. I have the reactors I need, so anything I pick up is trash, same for modules and accessories. I have 23 Naz Devotion blueprints, and they are just taking up an inventory slot now with no way to get rid of them. There are plenty of issues with the inventory system. The whole safe area dismantling is the worst part, if I can get shot at while in the menu, then I should be able to do menu things while in the menu even if I am being shot at.
@UnderaGodlessSky bigger inventory won't fix that, like at all. It'll just make it so you can wait longer until you dismantle all. But that doesn't even matter since the gear stays on the ground. If you farm solo, it takes only a few seconds since the mission hasn't been restated yet. If you farm coop it doesn't delay you since others will advance the mission while you dismantle and you can join midway. The only impact this has is making gold farm maybe 5% less efficient
I wish there was a item that would give an Descendant slot. Having to farm a character just to get rid of it when their ult version launches seems like a waste, even if it is a source of mastery xp.
Beisdes maxing out mastery no real reson to have all descendants. Max you need are 5 or 7 dependant on play style. 5 specific for void farming (fire, chill, electric, toxic, and non attribute). Shenra for outpost farming and Enzo for encrypted cashes. Shenra is also electric but Bunny is queen of farming. Enzo is also non attribute so you can go with him or some other non attribute. Also no reason to keep all weapons except for maxing proficiency (especially the blue weapons). You can fine tune weapons to have specific attributes if you want to min max but modules are the real priority. Thunder cage is king for farming. Only need secondary and heavy for bossing if that.
It’s really not a deal at all tbh. Just favorite what you want. Hold shift, hold control and done. There’s also the stash to put favorites into. Idk imo inventory slots is probably the lowest priority to fix

Tomorrow my Jayber will be finished from research and he will be my 11th descendant. I farmed all of them without buying but the preset and descendant slots are now a problem. I dont mind spending money on slots. My pov on this topic is: currently i have 205 hours on this game and so far i spend 20€ on slots. 205 hours of playtime vs 20€ is a very good ratio. In comparison: Lies of P: bought it for 35€ and finished the game after 47,2 hours Lords of the Fallen: bought if for ~ 40-45€ and finished after 52,8 hours Amored Core 6: 35€ and 68,7 hours. That makes 110-115€ for 168,7 hours of playtime consisting of 3 games while for TFD its 20€ for 205 hours of playtime.
We need more inventory and storage space urgently. Also if you buy 100 slots of extra space it should also increase your vault storage space. How is my back pack 230 slot but my storage is 130? If I spend the money atleast also increase my vault
F2P with in game purchases are only new to anyone outside of Asian market. The game is free so we need to realize they have to recoup the cost and profit to maintain the game.
I would say all of this could be fixed if they added a way to earn caliber in-game, but considering you buy the battle pass with caliber I don't see that happening.
More skins, more skins, more skins! Make the girls more hot! Allow change of hair color, and styles! Show more skin options for all the girl roster! More options for battlesuits! Sweet Baby will all die from heart attacks, and you'll make the world alright again! I'm willing to pay to see that happen, Devs! I already plopped down $250.00 ! Never have paid for an MMO before, but the woke generation needs to go! Are you with us devs! FYI, he's right about all he's said about storage, devs, so listen up! Will never pay for upgrades, ever!
Yea what are we supposed to do with all the extra blueprint pieces for descendants and guns that are taking up that inv. space because why would you build the same Descendant twice I mean for some hard-core gamers sure but everyday drivers no way.
i dont even farm kuiper, i farm amor and all of sudden 200k kuiper in one day. My only problem is cristallization part for changing shape of module. Ultimate bunny drop rates for me is quite easy, i got enhanced cell with 9 run, stabilizer 3 run, catalyst 12 run. Code with 10 run. Some people claimed they played until 30-40 run, cant even get one😅
TFD content creator should focus more on stuff like this. Thank you for speaking about this. I already see the bullshit of having only have around 90-100 slot in a game about collecting loot. And the most stupit thing is you can't clean your bag if you're "in combat". WTF no game ever doing this, you ether have to run far away and wait for a minutes, hope the random enemy don't randomly target you And you die trying to do it OR lost the loot (which is the only reason you do any thing in this game) People should talk about this more, not go crazy about the "misleading stuff" when it's already a exploit from the start
Reactors are copied from borderlands, but it's implementation is flaved since the buttom buffs are most often wrong for that reactor, which means you constantly have to read it through to match it, pure time waste, especially with the limited space.
I accidentally bought 1 trying to see what it was. I was trying to figure out mods and weapons and saw this and was like, hmm, what's this do? More storage? What currency is this? Oh, the one I bought.
I just hate the fact that your miss loots doesn't just go straight to the mailbox thing like destiny. I was playing 1 mission for hours. I miss a tracendant mod drop because my mod space was full. Thought it would transfer over into the mailbox but nope it didnt. There goes the time ill never get back from grinding in this game 😅... for storage space in i thing it should be unlimited because of the qeapons and gears you'll want to store away. We have too many descendant to play with just 100 space. Hopefully in the future they change certain stuff in the game.
I dissagree to not get base version of descendant before ult. You actually want to get base version first level up, delete and then get ultimate. Reason is Mastery rank, you want all descendants leveled up becouse they give most mastery exp, and mastery ranks give inventory slots, mod capacity.
Totally agree with you on all points, but like you said this is an issue created by devs on purpose. It is all working as intended. Of course it would be good if they had given us 1000 slots for inventory and expanding slots for descendants. Heck I would have paid the standard sticker price of $60 to buy this game in the first place. But remember Nexon was fined close to $9 million for fixing a loot box at 0% drop chance just to encourage purchasing, when they made over $480 million on that loot box alone. When a $9million dollar fine is just the cost of doing business, $500 for inventory slots are here to stay.
Well in once more and more ppl are at the point where they have no space in their inventory the player numbers will fall down quickly most ppl currently playing the game won't spent that much money only that they can play the game as it is intended to. For my self I am not at that point yet but this will be an issue since I am not willing to pay for so many inventory, Descendant, weapon, load out slots and more. In warframe youbhave to buy those slots too or grinding the free battle pass which sometimes include a slot buy you are not farming the weapons like in tfd. Thanks for making me aware of that issue next time I will think twice before I spent money, but tbh it's nexon and they do it in all their games.
Hi, i just gonna wait till the start of the season to see if any of this points you listed, get some improvement, if not theres another mmorpg coming out soon; Cheers.
These aren't Microtransactions anymore. Eta, any transaction that costs the literal amount of a FULL game, should have a full gam's worth of content bundled within it. Anything wise is highway robbery and honestly, we should be boycotting this practice with vigor on this very premise
They need to change the pay wall for things necessary to play, like the stash space annd descendant slots, is greedy to charge for all that things that you really need in the end game, the cosmethics is ok, but to forced you to pay to get all the stuff you want in your inventory is a ticket to people leave this game and never return, this is only gonna get worse with the new seasins to come.
Define need. Cause I'm pretty sure you don't need more than 10 different descendants to clear the game. You need enzo/sharen/ bunny or valby to farm + one character to clear content (assuming you're not using one of the 4 previously mentioned). So only 4 characters are "necessary" the rest is extra. Also, complaining about inventory space is one thing, but for descendant space by the time you have 10 descendants you're probably 200+ hours into the game. You can spend a few dollars to get more descendant slots at that point mate
@@Jet-ij9zc I would Say Enzo, Sharen, Viessa, Freyna, Blair/Lepic would cover the "essentials". Having those 5 plus Bunny at this point would allow you to do all all content including Bunny's quest. Viessa being the only Chill For Chill Void Fragments Freyna the only Toxic descendants for the Toxic Void Fragments. Blair or Lepic would cover the Fire Void Fragments. Sharen would cover the Electric Void fragments plus for the Stealth outposts. Enzo would cover Non-Attribute Void Fragments plus Enzo for the Encrypted Vault. Any others beyond that don't really fall into an essential need role currently as you can still farm effectively using Viessa or Freyna. Bunny is just convient as you get her for free with very little farming. Blair, Freyna and Sharen may require a bit of farming for their pieces but at least they drop ready to build with. My Roster just needs an Enzo for the essentials to be covered currently. Think for me since I plan on keeping the Base Variants as well as the Ultimate versions I would be able to get by with 12 slots for Decendants 11 for keepers and 1 for desecndants I would delete after leveling. Viessa, Bunny and Gley are the only Ultimates I currently care about getting. But like with Warframe I am willing to spend a couple Dollars for the Descendant slots as they are close enough in price to the Warframe slots and I don't think I will want to delete any Descendants after I get them crafted and leveled as any of them could get reworked to have a specific use added like Enzo and Sharen have. Warframe I have something like 67 Warframe slots filled currently, just that I also only buy platinum on warframe when I get a 75%-90% discount from the daily login rewards so those 20 plat slots are a roughly $0.10-$0.20 each.
I see a lot of complaining but considering what I’ve been going through with Division which I paid for AND continued to buy things with all the bugs. This very new game has been a breath of fresh air and I’m having a ball. I had Sony store bucks from things I have purchased and I have been using that to get ps gift cards to fund some of the things that I wanted to catch up with folks that can play more than me 😅
This video is so true, so far i think the best game that did this system was borderlands 2 (probably not but i had no issues farming for dedicated hours). This game needs to use coins for slots and promote farm locations for those coins (they're nerfing the valby run)
I´m kinda whaling in games, however i refuse to spent for now, because how it is monetized. Already 200h deep several Ultimates unlocked, if i really hit that wall u mentioned i qill propably quit, im not into this forced crap.
They give us the only nuke character in the game for free. Bunny can do 95% of the games content more efficiently than the others. I too would like to have every character at all times like i do in warframe all for free but to be honest, after 300 hours ide rather not quadruple that trying to do the same thing on any other character. Im chillin until theres a nuke class of every element. And ill have 1 to 2 bossers.
Im almost done with the campaign and havent had any issues. I go back to Albion and manage inventory after several missions. The devs have upped yhe mod slots multiple times, its 1500 now. I only have 3 descendants and have only really focused on 2 at this point. I have hardly used any stash space. Later on, maybe ill have to scale things up soon, but its not going to be me buyi g the max slots, ill get what i need when i need. Simply, at this point im not having issues with the storage. Yes, i think things are over priced, but i have not felt pressured to spend. I have spent $5 on skins and and 10 on the battle pass.
Every descendant should have their own inventory. Sharing all the mods in the same bag and auto use the build from one descendant to another is annoying
I agree with this, I played both Div 1 n 2 and even there had to resort to mules, I am loving this game but will not enjoy only playing inventory management Sim especially as you cannot delete errr 'cange equipment ' in combat. Yes not having modual swappings fine but I'm trying to delete stuff. Plz lower the cost I'd ad slots then, loadouts too.
There is 1000 module slots if you have all unlockable modules thats 545 or some shit, now if you upgrade modules it now makes 2 of the upgraded module, 1 you have leveled and 1 you have now stacking duplicates. If you upgraded alot your actually fucked.
Duplicate mods is a source of Kuiper shards. Use the “select duplicates” when dismantling at the vendor (it won’t deconstruct mods you have enhanced”). It even tells you before you dismantle if you have a high value duplicate (not enhanced) before touching break them down. Easy peezy.
And if I read your comment right? Are you saying that when you level a mod, a duplicate is made? That is not what’s happening in my game if I’m understanding your comment right.
@@CrossFiya No. If you have more than one of a specific Mod, normally, you'll only see one copy of the Mod in your Mod Inventory, but it will have a number on it to indicate how many copies of the Mod you have (x5, for example). If you upgrade one of those Mods, the game creates two instances of that Mod in your Inventory. One is your upgraded version. The second is the base version (since you only upgraded one version of the Mod). That base version will have the number on it since all the base versions stack. If you're not noticing this, you should go back and look. Because if you don't realize this, you COULD be equipping the base version of the Mod instead of the upgraded version by accident. I did that once, by accident.
It's a free to play game, and in that sence the content and story were great. I find it funny that people complain that a game will try to make money with little things like this. Also it's NEXON! did you expect anything less??
I played warframe 6 years and i have just 3 main frames on max whit 2 diferent setup and i smashed everything in game and others heve just for mastery leveling, tell me how many players need to have every descendant whit 3 different setups …… lol
There is a difference tho. In 6 years of playing warframe you are able to buy ALL of the things you might want in the game with platinum without paying any real money due to the fact that player trading exists. If you can't, you either choose not to or are just straight up bad at the game. 6 years is a long time. Tfd does not have player trading and so you are locked to buying their stuff. And considering that the equivalent to an orokin reactor in tfd is 27€ compared to warframes 1.7€ there is an issue.
why do you need so many builds per character? from my experience, there is only a few ways to build each character effectively. choose one of those builds and disregard everything else. thats how I have done it and I have zero issues with space. I mean, Enzo only really has one good build. the crit buff shield stacking build. you don't need anything else for him. Valby is just stacking duration and effective range with supply moisture. everything else can be ignored because all her other red mods aren't worth it. Viessa is just hypothermia, duration, expansion and skill critrate/damage. again, everything else isn't worth the investment. all the characters are like this...
It wouldn't be so bad if they had something similar to the Warframe market where you can buy and sell components and mods to fellow players for micro transaction currency.
This is what we will get with the August update. This is also the reason why i keep duplicates of legendary or transcended mods so that i can trade them with other players when this feature is released.
Easy solution: leave EVERYTHING on the ground. Their servers will die pretty soon until they fix the issue from the roots, servers are expensive guys. I don't think they will spend more when they could just fix this issue expanding the inventory space
I'm no expert, but from what I've gathered, "best bang for the buck" Ultimate, right now, is probably Bunny. She's, literally, Meta for everything except Colossus Combat.
So, I've been following your videos since season 11 in Div-2, and once again you NAIL it here! This is microtransaction HELL! I'm maybe 2 weeks into this one, and based on what I'm seeing as a pattern am seriously considering jumping ship. To be clear, jumping ship to me is exactly that. I played Starfield for a while and based on the fact that I couldn't keep the game running left pretty early. Here's the kicker: since that developer is known for half baked games I will never buy another one from them.... ever once I'm done, I'm done. I would like to like this game, but based on the monetary system in place, which highly resembles the taxation of improvements for which I've already been taxed, (Uncle Sam, anyone?) I'm extremely disinclined to continue devoting time and interest to this pile of fleece.
they should cut the reactor supply in 1/10 and then allow us roll reactor stats just like with the weapons.. the amount of reactors is just crazy..And this is typical from korean developers. They will create design flaws in their games, flaws you can fix with your wallet...They might reduce these things if they see the game losses players, but as long it is healthy, they will add more and more..
And i thought EA was greedy they are but this is a different kind of greed.. In Apex at least you have the option to buy stuff from the currency you made in game by leveling up. Which would be way better if was like 3 or at least 2 times the amount but at least there you get in game currency to buy nearly whatever you like with it. 🤷 This game should have in game currency that you get for leveling up and can buy skins with it. More people would play it.
DEVS ARE LISTENING! Chime in on the stash space costs to help us get this changed!!!!
Its called having patience. It's not a bad thing to become more virtuous. The devs seem to actually care, that's rare nowadays.
@@ktulu3767👏👏👏
Descendant slots should be free battle pass and mastery rank up rewards at the very least.
For descendant at least ETA-0 kinda fixes it, just takes a WHILE
I’ve got a question why can’t they just make money like every other f2p game does, skins and season pass?
@@Jet-ij9zc hey if you players like spending money on one time usage of paint and inventory space.. keep it in the game I guess🤷🏽♂️
@@Jet-ij9zcd2 very quickly removed the single use shader system after player backlash.
@@abigwreck very quicly? Mate, it took 4 years for them to change it.
Destiny 2 released in 2017, the shaders were changed to unlimited uses in 2021
Had not given much thought for this, just delete everything at the end of a run or once my inventory is full
That’s literally what I do. I don’t understand how this is a talking point. It’s a farm meaning you can break away and hop back in at any point
In this stage of the game yeah it's should not be an issue at all.
It will be when they start update more and more weapon and character thou.
You can put all reactors in the stash and if you use a preset in the field on a char it pulls the items from the stash.
Whaaat I knew about the junk not this

nexon better wisen up if they think this game will last with the content being 70% inventory management
you are generous its 99% inventory management sir.
@@MO-nj7tj you're goddamn right.
I knew it was mostly inventory management pretty early on, and none of that was appealing to me. Every other looter has that problem, and only one has really changed its gameplay loop to deal with it, but...because it's not the current hotness, people don't want to have that conversation.
i dont like the fact that every purchase is the price of a full game
They should add a auto deconstruct for certain low level items that u don't want and filter them along with maybe double kiper/gold monthly or bi weekly along with a daily log in to keep players coming back everyday
This
In hard mode difficulty that isnt a problem as everything drops at lvl 100 regardless of zone you are in. It just takes some time to get to that point
I'm a simple man who picks one class/hero, sticks with it, and don't mind grinding out the rest to use only when required.
I like it. I am like that too. ALthough for this game, it seems they want each hero to be a tool. Like Enzo and Sharon for their passives
Big same. Valby main and constructing gley right now to see how I like her. No intention of catching them all.
Exactly unless they add more events max number of descendants needed are 7 one of each element and enzo and Sharon for their side uses.
my answer to the catalyst slots being shared was to instead of choosing a socket type when you reset a weapon it instead just ads a counter, aka hey you have reset this weapon 5 times, chose 5 polarities, then you could just swap polarities or save different setups.
This is great info, but honestly what % of players will have that many builds for that many descendants?
Exactly, i think the "i use all descendant" excuse is such BS.
Better pick up filter (auto dismantle) would be great.
There is also a ton of RNg in the combination of secondary stats.
This is a game that could use optimization and recalibration, lol.
7:49 The preset save all three setting or more if you brought them so you dont need multiple preset for one character
Here are a few things I think would help:
- Increase the base stash space
- Allow us to inspect and dismantle gear on the ground
- Make the cost of increasing stash space more affordable
- Increase the number of descendant slots and preset slots
- Add Auto Dismantle
Damn bro are you okay? 250 hours for a game that went live 3 weeks ago is crazy
Inspecting/dismantling on the ground would take longer
@@Majin_B To be fair, most of the time is "waiting" for things to happen. Either Outposts with 5 minutes cooldown or teleporting to get an instance with less. Same with item "research". Capacity items needs 30 hours waiting for completion each time(!). Descendants take from 8 hour each part to 16 hours for the final assembly. Many examples, yet not a single one true playtime.
@@CEnow that's still about 10 hours every day
Definitely more character slots at base and I would like to be able to see the loot before I pick it up or dismantle it it’ll save time, but maybe that’s the division in us. It will be convenient to do so tho.
They took the idea from warframe, the real real big difference is that warframe has trading and each slot its only 20 premium currency
I have to delete guns and gear junk every two missions
Personally I'd be okay with the 1000 stash space costing at MOST 100$. you can either buy it all at once and be done with it, or buy a little bit here and there until its capped. Would also just love a auto dismantler with filters we can set to get rid of stuff were not looking for while keeping stuff that we are.
Your dumb if you think 100$ is worth that
Just a heads up, you can get more bag space / storage space by going up in mastery rank
We should have a dismantling system option at the lost and found mail box
Cool to see you covering this game, very addictive. Division needs a lot of help.
They. Are. NOT.
Great video I agree with all points
My first thought was that there is missing a filter to automatically dissemble gear that don't have the attributes you are looking for, like dissemble all gear that has a shield stat roll on it or reactors that have required ultimate gun that you don't use.
They should add another type of catalyst that only changes the slot selected; that way the regular catalyst can run through all the sets like it currently does.
completely agree.
TFD you start with 75 slots and get morr for free as you increase the Mastery rank
Warframes cost you $15-$20 in plat but include the Orokin Reactor pre-installed and a Slot for the purchase if you buy them. Descendants are about the same prices but don't include the Energy Activator or slot with them.
The Orokin Reactor and Orokin Catalyst are 20 plat so under $2 USD. Energy Activators are $30 on TFD to do the same thing as the Orokin Reactor/Catalyst do (Reactor for Warframes and Catalyst for Weapons)
Prime Warframe Bundles are about $80 USD and again come with the Reactor and Warframe slot, but also include 2 Prime Weapons 2 Slots and the Pre-installed orokin Catalysts, as well as the same amount (or more) of plat as you would normally get if you just purchased the plat itself.
Great breakdown
Or at least make it like Warframe when they implement trading so you can get premium currency for free via trades

In comparison:
Lies of P: bought it for 35€ and finished the game after 47,2 hours
Lords of the Fallen: bought if for ~ 40-45€ and finished after 52,8 hours
Amored Core 6: 35€ and 68,7 hours.
I just want a restart/retry button in solo interception after beating the colossus.
It is there. The prompt is on the mission results screen. Although it’s Buggy and most times doesn’t work
I would say all of this could be fixed if they added a way to earn caliber in-game, but considering you buy the battle pass with caliber I don't see that happening.
I definitely feel like we dont have nearly enough space, even in Destiny 2 we have 700 vault space

WTF no game ever doing this, you ether have to run far away and wait for a minutes, hope the random enemy don't randomly target you And you die trying to do it OR lost the loot (which is the only reason you do any thing in this game)
People should talk about this more, not go crazy about the "misleading stuff" when it's already a exploit from the start
So you want to have to catalyst each character setting tab separately?
You can jam that right where my pinky goes!
nope. I want the option to choose which sockets to bring to the next tab. (not an all or nothing life)
Since they stated they going to add trading Im sure that will help some of the issue.
Based on how long it may take to even try farm those descend, load out and inventory slot is not something I currently worry about 😅
Reactors are copied from borderlands, but it's implementation is flaved since the buttom buffs are most often wrong for that reactor, which means you constantly have to read it through to match it, pure time waste, especially with the limited space.
Just me or the game disconects a lot?
You don't need that much space.. Just clean your mail out.
I I thought you could get more when you get your mastery LVL up?
Viessa being the only Chill For Chill Void Fragments
Freyna the only Toxic descendants for the Toxic Void Fragments.
I had Sony store bucks from things I have purchased and I have been using that to get ps gift cards to fund some of the things that I wanted to catch up with folks that can play more than me 😅
All and full pay upgrades, how much?
This video is so true, so far i think the best game that did this system was borderlands 2 (probably not but i had no issues farming for dedicated hours). This game needs to use coins for slots and promote farm locations for those coins (they're nerfing the valby run)
I´m kinda whaling in games, however i refuse to spent for now, because how it is monetized. Already 200h deep several Ultimates unlocked, if i really hit that wall u mentioned i qill propably quit, im not into this forced crap.
Cost of Entertainment
People are making two builds for each character??
They give us the only nuke character in the game for free. Bunny can do 95% of the games content more efficiently than the others. I too would like to have every character at all times like i do in warframe all for free but to be honest, after 300 hours ide rather not quadruple that trying to do the same thing on any other character. Im chillin until theres a nuke class of every element. And ill have 1 to 2 bossers.
If trade comes in they will make a killing with over priced slots 😮 😲😔
You want to experience the whole game..gotcha.
Its a gotcha game, but without the boxes

Do you know what a gacha is? That's like saying "it's an fps but without the guns".
Honestly man I didn't have fun in this game at all, but I'll drop a like for the sake of the algorithm for you Tux.
@@ForeverDegenerate nope I always have the upgraded mod on PS5. No issues. I’ve crushed mods several times.
U are bot my opinion
@@necromancer3386 what?
why do you need so many builds per character? from my experience, there is only a few ways to build each character effectively. choose one of those builds and disregard everything else. thats how I have done it and I have zero issues with space.
I've never even used the stash lol. If i'm not using it I just scrap it.
The presets don't even save the external components, do they? I thought it was only the mods
there are seperate presets for mods and overall gear
This problem wouldn't be as bad if the prices were as listed and not double what they say 50 cents on the dollar
let us PAINT DEFAULTS!!!!!
Good points.
Just glad it doesn't have the issues of TD2.😂
It wouldn't be so bad if they had something similar to the Warframe market where you can buy and sell components and mods to fellow players for micro transaction currency.
This is what we will get with the August update. This is also the reason why i keep duplicates of legendary or transcended mods so that i can trade them with other players when this feature is released.
Easy solution: leave EVERYTHING on the ground.
Their servers will die pretty soon until they fix the issue from the roots, servers are expensive guys. I don't think they will spend more when they could just fix this issue expanding the inventory space
If that ever becomes an issue they'll just add a despawn timer
@@Jet-ij9zc must think about something else then
I don't get how nornal inventory slots isn't the same as module inventory
Anyone know who is best ultimate for all around? Just bossing seems so one note, just to farm 10s of hours for… 😔
I'm no expert, but from what I've gathered, "best bang for the buck" Ultimate, right now, is probably Bunny. She's, literally, Meta for everything except Colossus Combat.
I refuse to spend 50 bucks on slots. I’ll suffer then. Maybe that encourages me not to invest in more descendants.
When it comes to Division 2 i am 1000% that if it wouldve come out today it would be the same as TFD.
