Lendon is my favourite vfx artist, I follow his channel and he makes always very unique and cool tutorials :)
Thank you so much for the FREE stuff on your site. It really helps us low budget filmmakers. When I make more money, I'll totally purchase your packs. Especially the large smoke plumes. I really need those.
We're so glad you enjoy our free products, and you won't regret buying our Large Smoke Plumes! Those are fantastic elements. :)

Honestly, I wasn't interested in this tutorial, but still I've learnt so many new techniques! I wouldn't have guessed my own how to compose all those different fire footages with different colors and so, amazing tutorial!! :D
Yea, it never hurts to learn new techniques. Glad to hear you found it helpful! Lendon did a great job!
I live these compositing tutorials in After Effects, and I want to see more these frequently if possible! Also I am learning Fusion, if u can create tutorials like these for Fusion too it would be very helpful to me! Thanks btw!

GLAD I FOUND THIS CHANNEL AND THE WEBSITE!!
Glad to have you!
Great tutorial! Can you do one explaining more details of Heat Distortion, please!
Sorry can you explain how to create the "3D Camera" layer that appears in your project after using the motion tracker/camera tracker ?
dude that's awesome!!!
"appreciate the fact that spiders don't fly" x'D killed me there
He could have used the video copilot color vibrance plugin in order to match colors and have a realistic ones, easy and less time consuming.
I have more ideas for pre keyed footage !!
Bro, how do you even import .mov files into AE? I've tried every possible solution I found on the web :/
Music to the eyes 🤣 Awesome tut mate! Sub!
Thanks for the sub! We have a ton of tutorials on our channel. Go check them out!
which fire element did you use at 5:44 specifically. Meaning like the angle and the number. E.G: Ground fire front Angle 16.
This appears to be a Ground Fire Volume 1, Big Fire 1 clip. You can view it right here: www.actionvfx.com/collections/ground-fire-stock-footage
MUSIC TO THE EYES LOL. lendon is serious the funniest and smartest dude doing AE stuff on the net right now. It's not a competition, but honestly WAY funnier sense of humour than andrew kramer
how can i download the fire effects ? its not free eh ?
If possible I would like to watch a superhero landing video with the exploding debris and ground burst elements. I did one but it is far not realistic and I would like to see how a pro do that.
Be watching for more tutorials in the future! :)
I did one :) Using the Action VFX elements ;)
I don't know man. I feel like that much fire would be lighting the characters too.
It feels like Anthony Michael Hall from Breakfast Club is teaching me after effects
When will the blood mist contest be announced??

How do you do the heat distortion ?
We talk about that at 18:32!
@@ActionVFXofficial But how to make it to the exact way in video it only shows what he did not how he does so :(
@@taylorstevensonfilmmaker One way is to create a heat map from fractal noises and use that layer as a luma matte for the turbulent displacement!
