Nice video. Have you considered using your grounded foot to align rather than your hips? Ie. Heal to target - point your heal to where the target is (or will be). Once your grounded heal is positioned your hips will align. I find this to be much quicker and easier, and flows into other kicks.

Hey, was just watching some older videos, and I got really interested in your sword videos, specifically with Megan Abel as a guest. I want to get into sword fighting and stuff like that myself, and it was really cool seeing a girl so amazing at that!
If anyone knows of any other UA-cam channels, or Instagram/Twitter accounts (anything really), of people who practice with swords and other close range weapons, please let me know! Especially if they are a girl, cause that would help boost my confidence as well, lol. I'm Welsh, and while I haven't done to much research into this, I haven't found any Welsh girls that are super proficient at sword fighting that post anywhere, and it would be really cool to find someone like that to watch!
