Endeavor is trying his best to cheer on All Might, he just always sounds mean.
In japanese he actually is mad, because he was trying to surpass just a man, and a weak one too, that had a strong quirk, that is why i don't like dub
Its weird how she saw that he looks like Bakugo, but doesn't see how he is exactly literally another Bakugo grown up.

@@xXGabrielTrapXx Absolutely agree. I mean the dub is fine for the most part, but I hate it when they make changes to the dialogue that completely alters the meaning behind it.

In a way "All Might" did die, but Toshinori lives on. This was his last job.

Remember in season 2 All Might explained that AFO accidentally created OFA by giving his younger brother a stockpile quirk. The stockpile quirk combined with the younger brothers quirk to pass on quirks and created OFA making the younger brother the first user.

“Now it’s your turn” is still my favorite moment in the series (thus far, anyway)
When it comes to Endeavor he is trying to support all might but also because he wants to make sure what he lost was worth it in the end.
As a Japanese, I cried the same way Suzy did when I saw this episode today. By the way, it is a miracle that Japanese animation has reawakened patriotism in Americans who had lost it.
All Might is in his mid 50s, and Nana would be around Gran Torino's age if she was still alive, so Shigaraki being her grandson makes sense

@@wholebait7025 no he’s not. He got OFA at the start of high school which is 15. He held it for 40 years which has already been confirmed in the manga.
So you based the age of nana then it will make shigaraki being her grandson? That does not make sense buddy though it was later confirmed in manga but still that does not make any sense.

She completely blew past what Endeavor really meant by “STAND UP AND SHOW HIM WHY YOU’RE BETTER!!”, quite literally it was his way of telling him “Don’t you dare give up, you’re better than this”…
Yeah exactly. Endeavor is kinda like Vegeta in that sense. He's not mad that All Might/Goku is stronger than he is; he's mad that he's not giving it his all to be that strong.
Yea well he’s unintentionally the creator remember what all might told Deku about his story with his little brother who had a a transfer quirk

This episode is a masterpiece, everything about it, this episode also made me cried when I watched it, it started solidifying why i love this series

I just love All Might's theme, especially here when it's all laid out, you don't know what's going to happen, did he win, did he lose, did he win but die, then it just starts playing and hope and joy truly have arrived with it.
I loved Nana Shimura havnt said - kill him, beat him, u have to win... All she said Do your best Toshinori.. This is what a student./son want to hear from their parents, teachers... MHA is 😍

I've seen this episode so many times, and Suzy just makes me cry all over again.
i think that the "now it's your turn" is for all the new generations of heroes that's what i believe as teacher.
But it's literally explained right after he says it how it's directed to deku and that it's his time to step up??
I think it was for deku, and deku has to move away from all might ideals of what the symbol of peace is, because 1 heroe is not a long lasting pilar for society, but if all the heroes are corrected, like stain wanted, but with the way of all might, inspiring people , that will be a good pilar
You can also take this sentence for yourself as a watcher, it's brilliant
I was and wasn't expecting Suzy to get so emotional during this episode can't wait for future reactions

you just FEEL how much he means to everybody. And you KNOW the whole world was watching that fight, and All mights name was a global chant that day
I tear up every time his theme plays at the end of their fight. It makes me feel proud!
This episode has a special place in my heart. My Hero was my first anime and this episode was the first time I ever cried watching anime.
This episode made me believe that there is no way all might is gonna survive

It's really amazing feeling how widespread my culture is.
I make it a point to watch all reactions to this episode because of how it left me in tears at the end. You can tell MHA really is improving on the shounen formula because it makes the fights more than just some action piece (which they still are in their own rights), the series makes them bigger on a deeper level by making it about the characters.
All for One passed the Power Stockpile quirk onto his brother, the First holder, who already had the Power Transfer quirk. The two quirks mixed together to become One for All. So yeah, they're both the creators.

My favourite part is where he says "Izuku Midoriya, he's the child you passed one for all onto isn't he"

when this was recorded. she was also rewatching older seasons of MHA because she forgot some stuff from her hiatus on MHA. but now she'll remember it though :)

All Might is much older than he wants to admit (50-60) and Nana Shimura was slightly older than he was, so it makes sense she would have a grandkid in his 20's by the time of the show. All Might's flashbacks to her were like 30-something years ago, so she looked young by then
40 or 41 years ago. I think she was maybe 30 to 35 to that time.
I've seen this episode, too many times...and I STILL tear up watching this. Like you, I thought All Might wasn't going to survive - but instead, it was "just" his end as the symbol of peace. And even now, knowing it, the stand he makes and giving it his absolute all just fills me with emotion.
For me, this has been the best story arc so far - though the first story arc in Season 4 is pretty damned good too!
You don't need to but watch united states of smash scene in Japanese, the scream is so freaking good!

The united states of smash is the peak of this show, just is, both sub and dub did it justice.

a year too late, but yes...All Might explained he gave his brother the stockpile quirk thinking his brother was quirkless, but the younger brothers quirk to pass on quirks combined with the stockpile quirk and in doing so he created OFA.
You can say that All might doesn't officialy have one for all from now on....But damn this is the best episode, even I went emotional when I saw it for the first time and even now this episode gives me chills, "United States of Smash" is the strongest smash ever performed in this series..

to clear things up in a Spoiler free way. Nana Shimura (7th) was estimated 20-30ish when she had her kid (Tomura Shigaraki's Parent) and passed it on All Might NO exact time length All Might but his is we think 50?.
This remains my favorite episode in the show (and manga) even now, and All Might is one of my favorite characters of all time, so I completely understand your emotions; it's a beautiful, powerful episode, I just love it so so much. 😭💖 This is the death of All Might, but Toshinori lives on, and he's still a hero; his story is all about him being able to live despite all the odds, for Midoriya and for himself; that's why he could never die here. 💖

OFA wa made by AFO when he transferred a power stockpiling quirk to his 'quirkless' younger brother. turns out the little brother had a quirk the whole time. It was a useless ability on it's own and simply allowed itself to be transferred to someone else. But the two quirks merged, and the stockpiling quirk gained power as it was passed on, passing on the quirks of those it came too in the process.

Yes All for one is the creator of one for all. If he didnt give the stock piling power to his little brother one for all wouldnt been born. So the stock pile power combined with the little brothers transfering power together made into one for all
