beautiful stripped-back version of this song, Amanda's vocals are so lovely and the choir are wonderful (seriously, the way they mimic the vocoder from the studio version so perfectly is incredible)

Wouldn't this be for the first time ever?😉 Let's for goodness sake hope they get to join her on stage next month, or at least as many of them that the would be allowed. Because it sounds so good. As you might be aware of, Amanda is here surrounded by these brilliant (Norwegian) male co-students of hers and aspiring doctors. Could we possibly have been anywhere safer during these three minutes that this song lasts than together with these doctors of the future that even know to sing like angels? 🎶😉 I trust that they'll keep everything under control (besides of my puls which might reach sky-high...). Amanda is a gem to treasure. She's an excellent on-stage performer and she masters live performances to her fingertips, while other artists during this competition keep disappointing if not living up to the standard of their own music videos. I wish Greece all the best of luck in Turin 🇳🇴❤️🇬🇷. And I wish every other entry equally the same. Have great fun everyone!

I agree. After this version I see it as a winner. It was strangely more emotional than the original studio cut.

This version simply proved to the last detail what masterpiece this song is.Of course i do not expect that everyone will love it but i think that all can agree on her talent vocally,musically and "lyrically".If the staging is the right one for this song and the acceptance of the vast majority of listeners here is shown in televote then yes,it is a potential winner!

I have a lot of Greek friends who are not happy with their representative and think the song is way too sad (and/or boring). Tbh, I wasn't sold by the studio version at first listening, but after hearing this, I can definitely say that Greek people can be definitely proud of Amanda and her song. Hope it won't have the same fate as Oniro Mou (from 2018) for which I thought it could win before the live performance.
Btw Jaryd, what do you think of filming videos about two semi finals with your picks and/or predictions of qualifiers? Maybe after the rehearsals or whenever you have time. :D I believe it would be very interesting for all of us! :D Cheers!
The Greeks that don't like Amanda's song are used to listen the rabbish of mainstream music by TV and radio. But there are many people in Greece now that don't watch TV and listen to indie music from Greek musicians. They love 'Die together'
@@lolos74 Of course there are mixed opinions and preferences among all the citizens of participating countries about their own entry. I was just talking about the Greeks I am surrounded with. They expected something cheerful, joyful and fun to be represented by. That doesn't necessarily mean that they don't have a good music taste if they don't like Die Together or didn't want to be represented by such a song. :D
Anyways, I can tell that Greece is bringing the new side of itself this year, because people are used to see ethno-pop bops from them in the contest, so I am looking forward to see how this is going to be accepted by Europe. Good luck! :D
