DeSite SLG Vibratory Screener Hourly Production In Topsoil

Fifteen minute ( proof is in the pudding ) test using our Case 211F Compact Wheel Loader. We are using the SLG 108VFRB fitted with a 1/2 x 4 mesh to make a 3/8 minus soil product. Soil is a little wet but is still screening fine.
Production is conservatively 30 yards plus per hour.

I bought one of these Screeners a few years ago, and it literally shook itself apart in the first year… Look at the ez screener line of Screeners. They are built much better in my opinion.

I have a slg 78 and it works amazing. Biggest secret is to have dry soil with no sod. But overall great machines for their size and price.

I have the 78 the shocks look a little weak. Yours shocks looks nice and firm.
