This looks like a great idea. I am sure it's harder but I wonder if it would be better to have the gate system closer to the bottom so it holds more dirt and sifts more. Trying to buy one soon so I can try this out and if I get a good deal i'll post some videos. Looks great tho.
have to be careful about holding material on the screen deck too long. if the material is wet nd stays in one place too long it will stick to the mesh and work against the screening process.. thanks for your thoughts i enjoy feedback on our designs
WOOO HOOOOO.... just ordered mine and about 6 screens, best investment you can make in your screening business is a quality product, the cost of down time is more valuable than the initial cost of purchase... thank you Brad and Andy, I can't wait to see it pull in my driveway.
Does this come on all new ones now or is it an option?

PS, I told Andy you should get some heavy duty custom made covers as accessories, I’d have bought one, tarps look so ghetto but needed in the Arizona sun.
