I used to eat a teaspoon of bird nest every day for a month or so in my 30s, I didn’t see much skin improvement (my skin was quite good maybe), but definitely I feel less cold during winter. I stop bcos I have ovarian cysts - too much oestrogen. Now am in my late 40s, I would like to retake to boost immune system, elasticity of skin, health…etc. Wonder any ppl taking in late 40/early 50s see any positive/negative impact?
I accidentally found out that it's a perfect natural anti inflammatory medicine few years ago. I have been taking it quite regularly ever since. It's not extremely expensive here in Malaysia when we buy from the local producers.
