In the Demulshooter GUI, you are sure that each device is set correctly? I have only used the AimTrak lightgun, but it should work with any lightgun. Also, it's unclear to me if you ever tried Demulshooter on anything else.
Remembered playing em in the arcade long ago, didn't remember them having this many levels, some even look unfamiliar to me (tower and fortress), feels like it was much less when i played it like 6 years ago 😂

First, if you aren't already using it, you need to be using rpcs3-gun.exe. I believe it was F to put in credits and Q to start the game. I don't think you can remap the start and credit buttons.
I can't currently check the game, but I thought it was some keyboard keys, like maybe F for coin and Q for start. I think space bar might bring up the test menu to make it free play. I would suggest just pressing some different keys to see if you can get it.
I don't make tutorial videos, but maybe I can suggest something if I know more about what problem you're having. First, have you been able to get other 2p games working with Demulshooter? Are you using rpcs3-gun.exe?

The Tower and Fortress stages weren't in the original version of the game, so that was probably the one you tried.
