The biggest thing to keep in mind: Nike will have to produce Caitlin's signature shoe for men, women AND children. Her popularity transcends all age groups and demographics. I don't know (not a sneakerhead) if Nike already does this with other signatures shoes--but I would think it is a MUST for Caitlin's shoe.
Tyrese Halliburton already commented saying he wants a pair lol. Everybody is going to love and want them just because they are associated with her.

Nike needs to give her her own distinct signature shoe, not Kobe's, not even a redesigned Kobe. Even if those are her favorites. Kobe's signature shoes are Kobe's alone. No point in giving her a signature shoe if it'll only look like Kobe's and remind us of Kobe's.

Don’t be fooled by the reported 28 million dollar deal. It’s REPORTED not confirmed just like all of CC’s endorsements deals. Besides it just the yearly value that does not include the sales royalties. The royalties are never reported or discussed Signature shoe deals are similar to sales jobs with commissions. She gets a percent of every unit sold shoes & merchandise. So she’s getting PAID! No athlete men’s or women’s can compare with her in sales.
Even if 28 million is true it’s only that low because she’s smart and negotiated a higher royalty percentage which is typical 5% for signature shoes deal. CC will make well over 100 million a year when her shoes are released.
I know CC’s is making over 50 million a year right now because she generates too much revenue not to. No one knows what she is really making from her endorsement deals it’s all speculation.
Please basketball athletes don’t say athletes you have some serious athletes in the world….

Good marketing by Nike, without the shoe being a Kobe, she wouldn't have sold any shoes....They paired her with a mega selling shoe, the shoe sells itself. Women shoes don't sell well, regardless of who it is, but they figured out how to product place her... It's not that many women/girls that play basketball and men aren't going to wear a woman's shoe, and most women prefer mens shoes....Hope it doesn't cost that much
