Robin.. lay on your back on the floor with your knees bent and feet on the floor too. Use your hands to slowly pull one leg up toward your chest and hold it there for 5 seconds, then return to the original position. Repeat with the other leg. You can continue to do this until your back relaxes and stop if it is causing you any significant pain. You're probably experiencing a muscle spasm. Applying ice 20 minutes at a time will help too.

I was shocked and surprised a 55 year old man was after you. If I was ever hired by you Caitlin to protect you I would. I was a victim of stalking the past 2 years at my last job. This person was only 21 years old. He was a sociopath that needed to be on his medication. He couldn't control hmself around other people. That is one if things that made him a dangerous person. Before I reported him Caitlin he threatened to kill a female employee who was not all there either. She didn't behave the way he did around other people unless you angered and harassed or annoyed her. Anyway my prayers are with you Caitlin Clark. Just know God and your family and boyfriend is are with you as well. Don't stop fighting WNBA champion.

At around 7 minutes in the video, Kelly talked about how Seeger would have never played Lake Central in this day and age, and Stephanie said she wouldn't want things to be any different. She wanted the opportunity to beat one of those powerhouse schools with a bunch of farm girls. I see that desire in Stephanie to embrace the hard road because it makes you better and compare that mindset to Caitlin Clark's decision to choose Iowa over Notre Dame. I see SW as a great fit for the Fever. I also liked that Kelly may, or may not, have believed that Stephanie drove a tractor to high school ^_^.

For Iowa fans, Kate Martin was MUCH more than Caitlin Clark's sidekick. She was the team captain for multiple years, and for many Iowa fans Kate was their favorite player. (Gabby Marshall and Molly Davis on that same Iowa team also were the favorite players for some fans.) Yes, everybody appreciated the phenomenal skill that Caitlin brought to the team, but some fans preferred Caitlin's teammates as their favorite players. I personally was a huge fan of Kate when she was at Iowa, and I'm so happy to see her doing well as a basketball professional! I hope the Valkyries will really give her a chance to shine.
