How long did your balloons stay inflated and did U start a day ahead or several? And where do I find these hook?

This is awesome thank you! Question, how would I hang my garland around a poster that's sitting on a table? For example, I have a birthday sign (the poster) about 16x24 that will stand on my table around the decorative snacks and food. But I want my garland to cradel around the poster to make the entire table pop. In other words, I won't have a wall or backdrop.
I suggest getting command books that stick to table or poster and using string to tie the garland arch down in place. Hope that helps
