As long as the paint isn't too wet, I think it's pretty harmless!!

I love Dragonfly Glaze..it always brings rocks to life with sparkle! You got me hooked on it a year or more ago. This came out really nice..are you hiding this one? Looking forward to some new spring themed stones.. working now on the old rain boot with flowers you did in the past.
I'm waiting to show it to my Mom in person, as she takes rocks for raffle prizes with her retirement organization...it's kinda big, so I thought it might be nice for that...if not, I'll find a spot for it somewhere in the community!
If I just want to try one bottle of dragonfly glaze what color would you recommend?
Hands down the Full Spectrum! It's my favorite and the most versatile....it will go on ANYTHING!

Hi Jessica...I have a question. That Signo pen you used-- if I use the brush on Deco Art gloss Varnish, will the paint smear from the pen? I have had a gold paint pen do that and even some gel pens. Not sure why that is happening .😢😢😢
Yes it will smear it. I think it depends on what the pen ink is made of. Gel pens will for sure smear with any kind of brush on. I've been able to put resin right on them no problem, but Mod Pedge smeared them. If you use brush on varnish, I would recommend a light mist of spray sealer first. I think the only ones that won't smear with brush on are water based acrylic paint pens.
Hmm.. ok thank you so much. That gold pen, btw, was an acrylic pen so I'm not sure why it's smearing. 😏
@YoungatHeartAdventures what brand was it if you don't mind me asking? I can't help put wonder if the varnish doesn't somehow "moisten" the paint again and then it mives when touched by the brush.
It turned out so great! ✨️🪐 Resin is simply amazing. A friend of mine pumps kindness rocks out like I've never seen before - she uses Gorilla Glue (a certain type) that has the same effect as resin. I still need to try it. I was hesitant because it's Gorilla Glue, but I'm curious to see how much it differs from resin when applied. I can't remember if I shared this with you. Have you seen the glue technique used in the community?

Thank you! I have heard of the Gorilla Glue but haven't tried it. I feel like I saw a caution about it somewhere online but I can't for the life of me remember what it was! I imagine it's quite sticky! Lol
@JessicaRocks A caution about using it on rocks for health reasons?? If so, I'll definitely look into it and let Jamie know because she paints A LOT!!
That's the part I can't remember...if it was a health warning or if it was more of a preference. I'm sure you could figure out the health part by looking at the ingredients!
