- Depuis hier soir, une vidéo montrant un policier sans masque et insultant une femme, fait le buzz sur les réseaux sociaux.
Dans ladite vidéo, on voit le policier qui demande à la victime, Yeshna Lutchmun, de se calmer sauf que Yeshna Lutchmun lui demandera de porter son masque correctement, car l’officier en question postillonnait sur elle. La réponse du policier : «Gete ki ou anvi fer.»
Remontée après cet incident et nullement intimidée, Yeshna Lutchmun et s'est rendue à l'Independent Police Complaints Commission en ce mercredi 19 mai, en compagnie de ses représentants légaux, Mes Anoop Goodharry et Mridula Chooromoney, pour en faire état.

No body is immune from prosecution no matter who they are , no body is above the law and the police officer is guilty for being unprofessional on uniform .
As a front line employer, the police working in hospitals must have good understanding and communication training, how to understand and to talk to people at a Casualty or Accident & Emergency Service. There are important modules a police officer must complete every two years and updated during their career. I hope the Court take this facet into account. Take example in Chauvin's case how ongoing training is important when making police officer responsible for their behaviour towards the public. Thank you!

No one should be above the law. The law is applicable even to policemen. Because if they end up stealing or murdering someone they should equally be judged like any other citizen. I know that policeman didn't steal or killed anyone but still he insulted a woman and was breaching the law by not wearing correctly his mask.

I was insulted by an arrogant police officer two years ago and I an still waiting to get justice.
IPC called me 3 to 4 times asking me if I still want to go ahead with the case, I keep on telling them yes, so far nothing has been done.

Ok! Dire des jurons c'est une offense comme dit par Anoop Goodary. On me l'a bien expliqué! N'est-ce pas? Mais quant est-il aux jurons sur les réseaux sociaux? Ce n'est pas une offense criminelle? Si les gens disent des jurons par provocation, sont-ils coupables? Yeshna fait le buzz pour le moment et avant de juger à tort et à travers, il faut attendre les futurs évènements dans les jours qui viennent.
