- Les avocats de Jonathan et Josué Dardenne avaient déposé une motion en cour pour savoir à quelle heure le mandat d’arrêt avait été signé et à quelle heure l’arrestation a eu lieu. La réponse est tombée en cour de Mahebourg le lundi 24 août. A l’heure de l’arrestation des deux accusés samedi matin, la police n’était pas en présence d’un «warrant of arrest». Réaction de leur panel d’avocats.
