So helpful! My photos were literally improved overnight. Clear, well structured, thankyou so much for taking the time to create this!
new to lightroom, and i’ve always loved this style of photography. so glad i’ve finally come across a tutorial on this, and you explained it so well while keeping it engaging. outstanding video, thank you so much!
Brilliant tutorial. As much as I have always vaguely understood what I wanted, I never felt quite able to get there as it seemed like it should be a complex task but with this, you have simplified that process and explained it superbly.
Thank you! 🙂
Love your enthusiasm to teach , one of the best videos on the techniques.

Serge, you are just amazing. I have been followinf you for a while as you possibly know, but you manage again and again to surprise me - thanks a lot for this amazing tutorial 😊
Very well done. I like the way you explain yourself through the mistakes and or adjustments.
This tutorial is pure genius, Serge. Just great! Thank you!
An easier way to handle the gradient filter with the sky is to first select the sky, and then use the intersect function to add the gradient or whatever other tool. That will limit the tool to just the sky. So instead of going small and then big, do the opposite. Same results but it's a bit easier. Love your overall look. I learned most of my post processing from your videos. Thank you so much.
wow I learned something I never used the intersect feature great tip tks for sharing I will be using it in my next videos. Tks Brian!
@@SergeRamelliPhotography Or, crazy idea here, you could just use "Select Sky" to just select the sky without the the unnecessary intersection steps. By itself, it does exactly what you wanted - selecting the sky, leaving everything else alone.
For what it's worth, it doesn't matter whether you do the linear gradient or the sky first.
@@TheZagnut69 no, because the entire point is to make a specific section of the sky, in this case the top of it darker
Great video, Thanks Serge

Hapoy Incould help!
Brush Master,I Like it
Love your content. I learned a ton watching your Dodge & Burn tutorial. Would love to see a list of the key combinations you use throughout the video as I could not keep up with my notes - LOL. Perhaps I could learn to write faster? Thank you Mr. Ramelli.
thanks - nice tutorial.
tks so much!
Your work reminds me so much of Thomas Kinkade, often referred to as the "Master of Light". You are indeed a master in your own unique style of painting light with a digital brush. Thanks for your generous gift of teaching those of us aspiring to be artists.
tks so much
Exactly, Thomas Kindade, the shlock master of Hallmark Xmas card light. Perhaps the worst artist in American history, stores in malls, just an insult to the intelligence. You nailed it!
@@SergeRamelliPhotography - It's an insult.
Fantastic video!! When it comes to the sky I find it easier to mask by selecting the Sky, then clicking the three dots next to the name of the mask, and then clicking Intersect Mask With "Linear Gradient". Intersecting will continue to refine and create masks within masks. So in this case the gradient only impacts the preselected sky. Anyway, this was a great tutorial and taught me many things. Cheers!
Thanks jay I tried and it's fantastic I did not know that trick you learn everyday!
hi serge from Martinique this wase a good video and i like it somuch
21:20 Honestly, this crop is much better looking photo than the whole panorama. I love the mood and the person watching the mountain.
Very interesting 😎
very cool
