    Doing high repetitions until failure will burn more calories, which is why people have the impression of having more defined muscles.

    Nice work Lee. I’ve now tailored my training to mod volume and moderate weight doing slow movement using the 10-15 range and using the negative portion. Result I’m a pretty jacked 63. Love the content you and junior are putting out. Keep up the great work

    Such great content. He is so easy to listen to. My wife even made that comment. Not that I have the credentials to make a statement here but I’d also add that keeping this higher rep range as we age, I’m 61, also is easier on the joints.

    Curious lee are you saying you never did more than 12 reps or did and drop/super sets when cutting?

      100%. Just keep putting in the work and be disciplined in your diet and you’ll add muscle- even at 61 and we both are.

    71. ?? Doing 50 reps down to 8 reps. Depends on how i feel . U look great lee. U got to be around 60

    You can most definitely build muscle with high reps. Don't listen to all this old bro science. Some of the oldest and best looking guys I know use high reps only.
