HI HI! Happy Saturday my loves :) Today I filmed a chit chat get ready with me video!! I feel like I had a few things I wanted to share with you today! I have been meaning to do a look using these 'mermaid' colors for quite some time now. I planned it a few weeks back and never had the time. I hope you guys enjoy this look I came up with! I really have not done many summer makeup looks :( I started seeing so many people request a 'fall look' or 'back to school look' so I was like HOLD ON. Summer is stilllll hereeeee. I love her because she always does motivational quotes in all of her videos. Her voice is really clear and she gets right to the concept of the video. A lot of you tubers talk a lot about unnecessary topics and they pose a lot in their videos . That's the difference about her.

The L'oreal lumi cushion foundation and the Born This Way foundation are amazing! I use them everyday. Both are great products for flawless skin that looks more natural, yet glowing, without drying out the skin like a lot of matte foundations do.

Hello doll, I actually use instant oatmeal to wash my face. I take a small handful of instant oatmeal + a small amount of cinnamon and add a small amount of warm water. Just wash your face as normal with the oatmeal and rinse really well. Once I started this my face cleared up pretty quickly. I love the fact it's organic and chemical free as well.

Kittens always find homes, many adult cats get put down because there isn't enough space for them. People like you, are annoying.
Nikki Nuu - Yes, it's sooo much more difficult to find a home for adult cats. And the great thing about matured cats is that you know their personality and therefore can find the best match. At least they're adopting from a shelter and not buying from a breeder, though. :)
Nikki Nadine you're fucking rude. kittens get homed so fast and so easily and then they're ditched when they're older. there are so many adult cats who can't get homed because they're "too old" or "not as cute", so they're either killed or are roaming the streets. adult cats should be homed before breeders make cats make more kittens. same thing with dogs, birds, etc. adopt the ones that need to be rescued or are adults so there won't be such a need for breeding and overpopulating. learn before you open your rude mouth.

Some mascara will do, maybe a brightening eyeshadow to make you look more awake, maybe even a little bit of eyeliner. I'm going to be a senior :) freshman year is fun, but don't wear too much makeup, you don't want to look silly.
I'm an incoming freshman as well and this year I probably will wear a little eyeshadow and mascara and maybe brow gel and eyeliner on special occasions lol :)

With the studio lights, it covers a lot of the flaws! Not saying she has a lot of flaws but it does make the skin look clear, same goes for other beauty gurus who use those bright lights lol.

Summer in the south is still in full swing with no signs of fall anytime soon, so I'd love more summer looks!!!
also a question: how much of a foundation should I normally use a day? I only use two little pumps but my sister uses as much as amount you used. She usually finishes one bottle of foundation in a month, I use mine for two three months lol. I know it is all about preference, just wanted to know how much do you guys use :)
Irene G. Depends on the type of coverage you want. Two pumps of foundation is fine - I use that much when aiming for a light/medium coverage :)
Irene G. It depends, Ill use one to two on a regular basis but on a night out I'll use a little more for a more glam look! :)
It all depends on the thickness and coverage of your foundation, if you have a light to medium coverage and you need full coverage, it will run down quicker as you're using a lot of it, if you don't need full coverage, you'll only need a small amount to even the skin tone, therefore lasting you longer. If you're using a medium to full coverage, it will probably last you a lot longer, like you said it's all about preference and you're personal skin type and the foundation you use etc, I personally use Mac studio fix fluid which is medium to full coverage and it's perfect as I have a lot of uneven skin tones and freckles so it will last me about three months as It is a fuller coverage but if I was to use a light to medium it would last about a month, hope this helped :)
Start with small layers first then add another layer of needed. Check the coverage & see if u need another layer. It's all about preference.
***** I like the face & body from MAC although it is a light coverage but it's build-able. However I have had unpleasant issues with the MAC studio fix because of the SPF in it I think.

I'm currently going through a tough time after a car accident.. your videos cheer me up so much and help take my mind off things. I'm not the type to ask for help, I'm usually the one people come to. Unfortunately I don't have family or friends to help. my parents aren't capable of helping, my mother is on assistance and I help pay her bills so she can keep her house, and my Dad has been sick for the last 10 yrs and just came out of a coma a few months ago.. I do all I can to help both of them and work two jobs.. I now am without a car and unable to get to work and about to lose both jobs.. and I'm not able to get to see my Dad.. I'm in desperate need of help via donations to a fundraiser page that's been made for me to help get a car and keep my job and be able to drive to my dad's to help take care of him again. If there's ANY way you can help with a donation, or anyone else who sees this I'd appreciate it so much.. I will without a doubt pay it forward when I'm in the position to! Lol, it's not actually human hair, it's 'human like' in the way that it grows and almost non-shedding so it creates less allergens.
Yeah I think it's more like they have hair instead of fur. But Airedales are great dogs and they are hypoallergenic cause they don't shed much, I think most dogs with curlier hair like poodles have less allergens

There is a HYPOALLERGENIC breed of Cat!! It is called the "Siberian" cat. They are long haried and produce less allergens then other cats and also less dander. The breed is very social and have a "dog like" personality. Maybe this would be a good option for you and your boyfriend. My husband and I got a siberian cat 2 years ago because we are both allergic to cats and dogs, and we have had no issues at all.

My mom and I swear by Noxema. My grandmother even used it when she was younger. It's a life saver. I don't use the cream anymore, but I use the little medicated pads every day.

Even though you are one of the most popular UA-camrs, you are so relatable and down to earth. Hi Carli I sooo love you! I'm 48 and I have always wear makeup, ever since I was like 13. My Mother encouraged looking your best, she was such a beautiful woman my dad adored her! We would go to the Estee Lauder counter a lot when I was a teenager, the makeup lady would give us how to tips. I cherish those days with my Mom, that was back in the 80's. Good times.
