It’s not cheap butt that’s price for a take away for two in the UK... One take away for two.. 👍🏾👊🏾
Hi, I have just ordered my whoop based on your video.. I have worn the Garmin Fenix 5s plus for a year and have been tempted by the Apple Watch.. Garmin is now on the shelf and no longer interested in the Apple Watch. thanks Alex
HI Alex, also I wonder if you can answer this question for me.. when you have a high strain day and it recommends and easy day how do you know which type of ride, run or workout to do in-order to have a lower strain day and complete the activity with the number which whoop recommends for the activity?
@@stevefarries Sorry for the late response. It is easy to answer this question, bc I do cycling only))) When it recommends easy day, I ride my bike slow and try to keep my average heart rate not more than 142.
The HR disparity between Garmin and Whoop for the ride is super concerning (142 vs. 158). That's a huge difference. Wrist based HR can be super inaccurate. Gonna pass on the Whoop for now
you are absolutely right. I haven't had such a big difference thou. 142 vs 158 it is a huge gap. Mine 148 vs 158 is still huge gap, but I don't use heart rate data from Whoop bc I have my Edge 510. The only one reason why I still keep it is bc it tracks all your day; 24 hours. It tracks everything. You dont have to do anything if you do some exercises. It will see it by itself.
Great review
I did my best) Thank you.
