Grea video. This really helped me. There have been a lot of years of YT and social media coopting the brilliant bujo system, creating lots of elaborate “spreads” and artistic “layouts” the art community came up with. That’s great - no shade to artists, but I definitely lost sight that the whole point of the system is to provide a mechanism capture without needing to immediately categorize. And there is certainly no additional utility in capturing in some artfully designed work of art with 18 different kinds of media. I’m taking my bujo back. My brain likes it. My heart just felt like my notebook was substandard because all the “bujos” I saw for a long time were really art journals.

Loved this video, because I also have a hybrid analogue (bullet journal) and digital (google calendar, Craft Docs) productivity system - and I still learnt from this. Some new apps to look at and play with is always welcome.

Tiago - I have a challenge for you! How would you build a local/offline Second Brain?
    For example:
🖥Use 'My Documents' and/or 'My Downloads' instead of Evernote for Archiving?
I like your system, but I think everyone here has sensitive notes they don't trust in 'the cloud' regardless of how ethical or stable a tech company is.
I was annoyed when Evernote killed off the ability to have local notes (notes that only exist in your computer) during the pandemic with version 10 update.
So I want to have an archive system of notes for personal/sensitive things in my computer folders (probably written with MS Office files) while I only use Evernote for business purposes.
How would you structure your PC folders and what would be your offline workflow? Imagine that the only online capabilities you have are (1) email and (2) online task manager. But storage needs to be computer only.

This looks like a massive time waste to me. SO MANY APPS. Imagine the time spent trying to figure out which app you left that bit of info in. Imagine just the accumulative time spent switching apps during a normal week. Imagine if just ONE of those apps fails; an update glitches, the host server goes down, your info database gets corrupted...
Honestly, this looks less like a productivity system and more like a procrastination system.
