After four days, should I start again with the day one or onwards 4th day I will have to repeat day four statement only? 3. If I do all the steps in one go twice a day, would it be helpful?
Rimshah Saleem, there isn't a specific number. Whenever your mind goes to what you are wanting to change, repeat the consideration. If the beliefs are really deep, you may have to repeat the steps, but if you have dealt with each day and really done them, you should find your mind opening up to the possibilities and then it is implementing those things that make you what you desire. I wouldn't rush the steps. We want to challenge the beliefs, but we don't want to get in a fight with ourselves. I hope that is helpful.

Thanks for being willing to try the techniques in the video, purple smurf. Do this for as long as you need to. Over time, your priorities may change and therefore what you think/picture may change.
you know in jungian psychology, the contious mind is the continuous mind is the soldier and the uncontinuous is the general.The general sees the bigger picture while the soldier go and do the work.

What if i were so strong i can overcome my fears and worries... I would not procrastinate to do what i desire to do!! am on a roll. I tried saying that sentence you said : What I i were a happy, successful and confident person. I felt like something inside of me was saying now what are you saying? like where did you get that. so i pray this works to my advantage that am excited to go home and play pretend with my husband and me and have each say what I i were... whatever they wanted to say and see how that goes for them. By the way i really like your youtube channel i try to listen to it often even if don't comment like today:)
That's why motivational speeches (and success stories) don't work for me. It's like my subconscious is...a bit conscious that all that "nonsense" is not going to be put into it by external sources. Confusing I know but it makes sense to me 🤣
