How to make non-stretch trim, stretch! (Beaded Fringe Sewing Tutorial)

Ever apply some really cool trim to a dance costume and realize the poor dancer can't fit into the costume because the trim doesn't stretch? Woops!! No worries, you can fix it! In this tutorial we will show you how to take a non-stretch beaded fringe and make it stretch using fold over elastic.

Thank you! This solves my problem of putting non stretch fringe on a stretch costume, and hiding the ribbon edge that doesn't match the base costume color.
