Morde takes the experience. Most people assume that because Morde's time of activity is described from 400BN that his age is roughly 1500 years old, but This literally refers to the time of Morde's first post resurrection activity, not when he was born. In the official Q&A on Reddit, it was mentioned that the period of Morde activity would have existed before the empire of shurima.
Exactly and it was said somewhere that Morde could even destroy a Darkin Weapon or free the Darkin from theyre Prison, furthermore the black mist is just a fragment of the power that Morde holds, he said it himself when encountering Viego "The same magic that chains you to this realm frees me to walk between." So yeah Morde would definitely win in a 1v1 against Aatrox
@@SuperPaulo212 in terms of raw power its Asol, then there is Bard who is also very powerfull considering he witnessed the first spark of everything so he was there before time and in term of life death cycle its kindred cause someday everything dies but the kindred thing is more a believe thing, meaning kindred wont come for you if you dont people in it example ther is Sahn uzal the mortal mordekaiser he wasnt claimed by kindred because he didnt believe in it and in noxus they mainly believe in the wold and not the lamb which is seen in the ambessa cinematic/skin trailer, so its a question in which way the most powerfull
@@ZazaLordLauterbach Thanks for this, as i watched arcane it sparked more interest in knowing the lore. Also by seeying vicktor i thought he was the strongest xd but is all good, too much to learn still :)
@@SuperPaulo212 yeah the lore is truly big, i would say the best part to start with would be the story with lissandra and the watcher there you learn how freljord came to be, then mordekaiser and after that the darkin wars, that are like the building blocks of the world we have now in runeterra, its like the origin storys of the main regions and after thats its really up to you reading what interests you the most, theres a hell lot of it i can tell you that :D
The new comic just made Morde win hard. He knows the same trapping magic the Aspect of Twilight used. He can just trap him and keep him in the Immortal Bastion as a paper cutter.
And than time passes and the same thing will happen again as the first time. Some idiot will travel into the bastion see the sword and grav it for what ever reason thinking it's a magical item and have their soul and identity dragged into the dark abyss and reawaken Aatrox .
@@crymaker9628 the aspect of twilight didn't seal the darkin, she taught humans how to do it and they sealed the darkin. Mordekaiser learnt this magic even before he first died which he used to fuse atakhan and his second, and when he was dead he taught some random wizards to bind his own soul to his old armor to bring him back. Mordekaiser is probably a full on expert of the magic. If anyone could do it its him.
@@ShogunLazo I don't think that just because KINDRED can't do it doesn't mean MORDE can't. In fact, GOULDING, one of the narrative directors, even mentions that KINDRED and all MASKS, including KINDRED's creator, cannot intervene in the REALM created by MORDE.
I hate power scaleing. The whole argument for either of them being able to brake stars is their comparison to pantheon and other aspects. Pantheon cent travel MFTL to instantly destroy a star he used the crown that enslaved sol to destroy it. Pantheon himself can do no such thing. Everything is blown so out of proportion and it so anoing to see it everywhere so much.
I agree, especially for speed feats its very silly. It dose not make much narrative sense for either of these characters to even achieve super sonic+ speeds. I don't think all narrative feats can be quantified into a nice linear number. Worldbuilding feats like Atreus surviving Aatrox's attacks while the aspect of war dies is written as a feat of willpower not physical durability. The aspect of war's will to live gave up before Atreus will to live did. This is the narrative focus on Pantheon's color story, the story this feat takes place in, as it starts with Atreus before being chosen as a man with no outstanding qualities other than his raw willpower and his survival is a payoff of that buildup. Wish more powers scalers focused on things like that than just "big number, MFTL+"
Right 😭 bro said Aatrox is atleast hypersonic because he's stronger than ornn who fought Volibear and volibear used lightning. That's like me saying I'm faster than a bullet because the guy I fought and beat up, survived a shootout before. Shit's ridiculous
Whole runeterra scaling breaks if we treat their stars like ours. Yes celestial powers are higher, but not to the same extend as our mortal abilities to powers of a any cosmic thing. There are too many lesser in power characters that had some shot in a lore fight against celestial beings for that to be the case. And too many fights that would easily anihilate the planet few times over if they could even disrupt a star. Just look to void that has some great beasts out that could fight Aatrox, wanted to destroy runeterra, and yet world is still there.
Powers scaling in fiction is stupid to begin with as there are too many contradictions contextually based off feats. You can have a dude who can blow up the universe but in another panel he stubs his toe on a rock.
Few things wrong here: The aspects are not concepts themselves. This is never mentioned anywhere in the lore, it came from one rioter’s statement that gets contradicted in pantheon’s short story. In pantheon’s short story the idea of war still persisted after the death of the aspect of war. Rioters often contradict themselves , so statements outside of the official lore are not always consistent and need to be analyzed with scrutiny. Aatrox shouldn’t have concept manip as it’s inconsistent to the story -kindred is not the concept of death, that was retconned a while back. Now they are just one of the many spirit gods.
Kindred isnt one of the many spirit gods, she IS death itself, but different regions have different concepts of death, for example Ionia's kindred is spirit blossom kindred, while noxus' kindred is the recent chosen of the wolf skin. I think a way to perceive Kindred and Morde is that Morde is Hades while Kindred is Thanatos
@@HughMann989 She is never death itself. Legends of Runeterra already shows that there are other entities like kindred. More importantly, The Death spirit (also known as the Fading icon) located on the shadow isles is on the verge of being taken away by the entity known as Etherfiend. The Etherfiend is a representation of a second death - being forgotten. Representations (like the Spirit Gods) can't die, but they can be forgotten, and when they are, they're taken beyond by the Etherfiend. Fading Icon is desperate to be remembered, and why it's terrified of the Etherfiend.
@@HughMann989 Kindred is not death, they are a spirit of death, they collect souls of the departed but their power comes from people believing in them. So if somehow everyone where to forget kindred they would die and be taken by the Etherfiend
I don't think any Aspects Is a concept, It Is Just an "Aspect". There Is war in this world, the one who rappresent It best Is the concept of that "thing" ( in this case "war"). One thing, we understand in the ruination event that the Aspect of war never died as he was "revived" by viego ( i don't what words to use )
First i would like to point out that morde is not only physically very powerful albeit less than Aatrox, that is not his forte in combat. The reason i think morde wins is that he is probably the most powerful mage to ever exist having spent an uncountable number of years learning, mastering and inventing every type of magic, EVEN bandle city magic. He is probabaly one of if not the only non-yordle beings that is able to find and enter/influence the gates that lead to bandle city. He can do much more than just swing his mace. Granted we dont know much about how magic works or how to scale it, let alone the fact how aatrox is even affected by it, but having magic atlesst doubles Mordes power. Second, as you said we know aatrox is vulnerable to getting separated from his host body as atreus, a mortal man did exactly that to beat Aatrox. I think it would not be too difficult to make aatrox drop his sword for someone of mordes caliber. Third, Aatrox is probably very weak right now, possibly even weaker than his ascended form. We know host bodies can barely contain aatroxs powers and he needs to constantly replinish them with dead bodies. Having nothing he can use his blood magic on to replenish his hist body during his fight with morde will probably tire him out quick. Conclusion: Aatrox as he is now loses to morde, a true fight would be between pre-sealing darkin aatrox or even ascended aatrox vs mordekaiser.
Lol not at all. Mordekaiser learning magic from Bandle etc. does not make him surpass Aatrox. Darkin also know a shit ton of spells, Aatrox specifically bested everyone in bloodmagic and a few more. But he relies on his physical side more. Also him dropping his weapon causes his death automatically is a complete lie. He himself drops his weapon in trailers, game, and lore itself. By dropping I understand that him being far away from his sword for a long time until his flesh does not bound itself together. Yes current Aatrox is nothing more than a pale copy of himself back in his prime era. Probably just a %5 percent of his best moment in his life. Though he is weak now, he has his immortality which gives him infinite scaling probability. If he were given a prep time bro would neg Mordekaiser. He is also older than Mordekaiser multiple times. I don't think that fighting Mordekaiser would be his first time fighting that a mage level of Mordekaiser. Conclusion: Current Aatrox Mid diffs depending on when are we talking about the vs. (cuz of his infinite scaling bla bla) Prime Aatrox no diffs.
@neutralgurke8890 not at all. He also has his infinite life, tho he does not scale like Aatrox. Aatrox uses flesh of his enemies to bound himself and create a more powerful form. He can also grow in size indenifitely. I don't think we've seem Mordekaiser do any type of scaling like this.
tf would "pre-sealing darkin aatrox" be ? :)) did he have some power boost when he had his fight with xolaani and the scared villagers called him "darkin" for the first time?
@@vasilesidau7749Darkin before being sealed have access to their respected celestial concept/aspect/ideal magics it's already on their bio that they started to learn forbidden sorceries (like Xerath) and mastered every primal magic. Aatrox when trying to tap into his forgotten celestial powers, it drains and decays his vessels. Aatrox had no choice to rely on it more. and Aatrox loathes using it because it's the same magic that got his kin damned for eternity (everyone hates Xolaani) The hemomancy part is to just enhance them physically but Xolaani is a previous healer so she's more potent. what I don't understand is how these lore geeks already have their answers when Xolaani and a bunch of Darkins are capable of corrupting anything. Although it's all a different outcome, it proves that they're capable of bringing the whole of Runeterra destroyed.
The one thing i have a hard time grasping is how someone thats already basically dead get killed? My thoughts is that mordekaiser would just come back and then know how to defeat Aatrox after that. Thats usually what happens in battles between immortals. Aatrox would have the upper hand and just whoop his ass for centuries until mordekaiser comes back with either an army that’s too big to count or some sort of new advantage up his sleeve that can end Aatrox. Only for again to be going back and forth since neither can actually kill the other.
Just cuz aatrox loses to some characters that morde wins, and morde loses to some characters that aatrox wins against. Its never a means of measurement for these two specific characters to win against each other. In other words, I'd believe that whatever morde is cooking for his next release from death realm- is a existential crisis for every living being. Thats why leblanc and vladimir are always stressed to find warriors and equipments to defeat him for good
I want to have a discussion about the concept erasure you mention. Aatrox did not destroy the concept of war as we know wars are still happening. Moreover, whenever atreus uses Pantheon's powers, the constellation of war slightly shimmers in the sky. This means the concept is still alive, it just lost its ability to physically manifest its will. You can think of it as basic bodily functions still happening even if you are unconscious. So i dont think aatrox can erase concepts. It definitely can hurt/ damage them, though
and another thing to be mentioned, during the ruin the aspect was revived by Viego, and as Mordekaiser himself says in the game when meeting Viego, he also has access to this power therefore, even if Aatrox had in fact killed the aspect/concept, Mordekaiser's necromantic magic manages to overcome this "death"
@arthurdavicastroferreira2100 yes and we know Viego is atleast equal to an aspect as confirmed by a rioter, and that Mordekaiser is way stronger than Viego. Along with one of his voicelines:"The same magic that chains you to this realm frees me to talk between." This means that his magic is indeed similar to Viego/the shadow isles.
iooooo u forgot abt mordekaiser army, his army is huge and also souls, wich means no flesh for aatrox to feed on, and they could provide mordekaiser great suport by distracting aatrox and sacrificing themselfs for him, and some mordekaiser soldiers are also powerfull enough to make the fight itself be way harder to aatrox it would be a endless batle or untill aatrox looses his stamina and no longuer can manifest his phisical body
@@mesterorange8181 If it's a 1v1 then its even worse for Aatrox because he literally has NOTHING to absorb into He gets 1 person as a vessel against Mordekaiser and thats just not good enough, his strength lies in that the more Flesh and Blood he Takes the more exponential his Strength becomes and the larger his form is, large enough to rival That of The Aspect of war, ornn or Volibear Without an Army to subsist on, and with Mordekaiser amounting to basically an empty tin can He has nothing to renew what Mordekaiser Sunders
Mordkasier is older cause his first death was before the darkin war era when he was a normal human isnt that right ? When he had control over the mortal world and his armys of dead spirets became bigger then ever in the current time add to that his ability to cunsume his sulders to get stronger mid battle gave him the adge
I believe aatrox takes experience. Aatrox was already a general during the void war when the darkin were all still ascended, and that itself was 500 years long so who knows how old aatrox is.
@@thanatoes537 Aatrox was an ascended, meaning he was mortal once, he CANNOT be that old Whereas Mordekaiser can, because he lived when noxus and shurima wasn't even a thing yet, and died long before it came to existence, he lingered in the realm of the dead, refusing to fade, revived into the present day after all that time He isn't bound by normal physical limitations of mortality, because he already experienced it, he already died, he was just stubborn enough to not fade long enough to be revived again If anything, MORDEKAISER is the one who we dont know exactly how old because for all we know what we see of his human form is him exploiting magics he stole to remain Spry and Invigorated
Ill put it simple… aatrox had to get power through ascension and then needs someone to become his vessel for him come back. Mord said fk all that as a normal man. Beat everyone, beat the afterlife, made his own dimension and then, when summoned, DECIDED, yeah, ill go back to that realm too so he could beat it again. Two different levels. One was given, the other took it all by himself.
Everything. One has to have power given to them and then require a vessel. The other has so much power he does not require anything and he takes what he wants. He will beat you and give you the option to die or become a vessel of his for he doesnt need you. The other has to take you as a vessel.
Morde cant handle 1v1 vs Aatrox physically, his only options are magic seals and its not confirmed that he knows about sealing darkins or has the power of an aspect to do it. Morde fanbase splits theories as facts. As far as we know by the lore, Morde is powerful but got defeated by a group of mages while Aatrox took the power of literal gods to be defeated.
The Concept of war never died, but Aatrox temporarily severed the bond between aspect and concept... which is still very impressive, as he temporarily ridded all of runeterra of war when he killed the aspect... however pantheon almost immediately became the new holder of the aspect restoring war to runeterra. So this means Aatrox is EASILY as strong as an Aspect. Aspects are described as "one of the most powerful beings in the universe" not just runeterra. Aatrox is already sealed into his Weapon suppressed of power, lets not forget Aatrox quite literally fought the Void and physically survived his mind didnt but his body did, he came out and the darkin war befan and he was such a threat they needed another aspect to seal him AND EVEN AFTER BEING SEALED AND SUPPRESSED HE STILL TOOK OUT AN ASPECT OF WAR. He has survived the Void, been sealed and supressed and even after being sealed and suppressed he still took out the aspect of war. Morde simply feels outclassed in a 1v1.
@@ZyrusTyraxriotmchao also admitted he doesn’t know much about the aspects since he’s not the one in charge of writing their lore, so take that statement as a grain of salt
Mordekaiser is built up as THE force to be worried about in Runeterra. He's built up as the prime threat to existence, even when things like demons, darkin, primordial shadow magic, and more.
The cinematic takes place even before Demacia was founded as a nation. That was the first time Aatrox got ever sealed, and it was confirmed that he was not in the best form.
Cho'gath seems to be similar to Aurelion Sol in comparison to power level. Cho'gath lore is simple he devours any world and grows... So technically he is the Shroud if LoL universe is just Stellaris....
@ Lets leave it on our imagination based on lore that whatever Asol's left behind is just eaten by Cho'gath... Or maybe Cho'gath is just one of the Watchers...
Yo. With the noxus event that just came out we have been giving a new scaling point for mordekaiser. As a human, before mordes first death he was able to one shot a demon that just one shot mordes strongest ally, this scales his starting scaling to be much higher, because all the souls he collects and necromantic magic reviving him would be a stacking buff ontop of that already potent attack power. So I'd argue he can fight multiple aspects and win, meaning he now scales higher than Aatrox.
@@crushcannon2192 that's some load of bs. If that were the case, all mortal souls from Shadow Isles could match up a celestial being. I'd take your bs if he can bind the soul of a celestial being lol
@@crushcannon2192 already. You're scaling a demon (not even primordial) and mortal souls he accumulated for many centuries vs celestial beings that had existed since the first breath of the universe. you can't do that, Mordekaiser is only bound to Runeterra.
@forbiddenextasis2695 ... I think you need to do a bit more thinking there bud. Sure it's not a primordial demon. But it is a named one. Much stronger than the azakana that yone has one hell of a time beating in a 1v1... So already stronger than Yone by a few TIMES(in one hit) Then he owned that demon. And an other demon that now fuels Annie. He had controll over two demons at once. Besides this entire argument is useless, because members of the room team have said "mordekaiser can fight celestials. 3 at most" I feel like youre either glazing celestials or ignoring half of mordekaiser fears. Like ruling the continent. TWICE, only losing the second time because it was part of his plan. And he knows about the yordles. He was worse if not as bad as the darkin when he came back to life the first time. And Aatrox could kill a celestial who was posessing a humans body. So I think it speaks for itself.
@@crushcannon2192 Demons in Runeterra is the same as celestials when it comes to being born, it ties with a concept but to in a mortal sense like desires etc. tho it is a named one like Tahm Kench or Nocturne. They're only a danger to mortals 🤦 and where is that members of the room team you're talking about? some celestials are docile that they only know how to create things, such as Soraka. Aatrox rework QnA forum makes Aatrox powerful than you think. Do you even know they're an avatar of a forgotten celestial they were once? and that Shuriman and Targonian Ascension ritual is the same but different at the same time the way they channel celestial magic/essence. and so what, Darkin owned the Runeterra for many years, they got everyone at their wit's end, a bunch of Celestials had come too, The Darkins had beef with each other too while there's a third- fourth party at theirasses. all the possible outcomes of the second coming of the Darkins at LOR and shows up how they can obliterate continents and Runeterra as a whole. Darkin can corrupt anything as their existence at LOR is the testament especially Xolaani corrupting Mihira. Pantheon and The Aspect Of The Twilight is different from Leona and Diana. Pantheon pretty much enslaved his host's, Zoe had full synchronization with it's host so they're going bananas because it can access whatever celestial magic she has. whereas Leona, Diana and Taric are limited by their Aspect (their Aspect they embody is not giving them their full power) that time Aatrox killed Pantheon is the literal Aspect of War, the Pantheon that commanded ASol to close a void rift. I think you need to do a bit more research their bud. 'cause anytime you feel good riding Mordekaiser's nightfall I'm not the one glazing here, I know Mordekaiser feats. But you're clearly underestimating the Ascended/Aspects and the Celestials who have cosmic magic.
I disagree with scaling morde to star level due to the lack of feats to back up his statements. That statement of morde taking on 3 aspects is rubbish solely because the rioter who made that statement admitted he doesn’t know shit about aspects, he just thought it would be cool for morde to theoretically fight an aspect. We also never see morde fight an aspect in the story either Viego doesn’t scale to the aspect of war since he fought Atreus who is nowhere as strong as the original aspect. Him reviving the aspect of war itself can literally just be hax. I don’t think reviving someone should be considered an AP feat unless it was stated to be done through raw power. Atreus winning against Aatrox was also a plot armor moment in the story, and in another story Atreus was getting stomped by another ascended (presumably Xerath) so I don’t think Atreus could realistically take on Aatrox without plot armor. Morde should realistic upscale from Virgo’s country lvl scaling and maybe at most continental which is vastly below Aatrox’s solid star lvl feat. Aatrox should take this low diff at most, Aatrox having solid feats just puts him miles above morde who is largely featless and relies on faulty statements
I believe that morde's power is likely higher than star level This is because in Rise of the Sentinels, Viego is definitely mentioned as a Celestial level powerhouse, and there is actually a description of him doing great damage to Aspects with the black mist he controls. Furthermore, morde has shown himself to create his own dimension, so I think it's likely that he's stronger than people realize.
the idea of any of them having the ability to destroy stars seems wrong to me in the case of mordekaiser due to pure lack of feats as you said but for Aatrox it just doesn't make any sense, this is because his ultimate goal is to destroy everything in the hope of ceasing to exist, but if he wants to destroy the world, and theoretically has the ability to destroy stars, what's stopping him from hitting the ground and destroying the planet? Like, isn't that exactly the plan?
Im pretty new to the lore but didnt morde like devour souls to get stronger? And just because im curious is there any lore that tells how strong his soldiers are?
Interesting. I think you're right. I'd say Morde is a bigger threat to the world tho. Aatrox definetly has the 1v1, but he still is just a single guy. Morde has entire armies.
Mordekaiser isn't just a big dummy swinging a mace, he's one of the best if not THE BEST mage out there, he knows the magic that binded Aatrox to his sword and a lot more, plus Aatrox feeds off of blood and Mordekaiser is just spirit and metal, Mordekaiser can come back forever, and plus Aatrox constantly needs to change his hosts since his power is too strong for anyone to wield it. Physically Aatrox is stronger, but overall Morde is better, and army wise aswell
so we add physics and math into the video to make calculations of aatroxes power then say he is faster then light..... which would make him immedietly perish im pretty sure...
funny thing is I think Aatrox might help Morde out on conquering the world or striking some kind of deal. If Morde want to rule over the death realm, he's going to horde all kind of power which mean he might have to go against Aspects and Aatrox also have beef with Aspects. Aatrox strike me as a type that would do everything to get his oblivion or maybe restore his glory and that would include be under Morde servitude. He want to destroy everything and Morde also probably need to destroy everything as well in order to sent everything to death realm. If these 2 were to meet, It's not a question who will win. It probably what will still left standing.
Aatrox didn't actually carve the stars out of the sky, he killed the aspect of pantheon, which dulled (took out the stars) the stars, when pantheon woke back up and took up his spear the stars re-alighted, pantheon then severed Aaron's arm. Viego beats pantheon and mord beats viego. Aatrox is the OG so he wins regardless though.
They need to add a lot of skins to Aatrox honestly One of them should be Dark Star I know they already did Odyssey which is set in the same universe i think, but thats not good enough I WANT an Aatrox wielding a broken blade pulled together by the Swirling mass of a Black hole, That subsists and Devours entire stars to maintain its downright interstellar Mass, a Gaping helm with a All Devouring Eye of darkness that seeks the destruction of all things Q, Slamming his sword onto planets, solar systems and into Galaxies W, throwing a Black hole that chains people and pulls it to its event horizon E, tackling through stars which culminates into his R where he Devours an entire Region of space, forming wings from the corpses of Dead Solar systems and planets, with his sword becoming a Massive swirling event horizon pulling together Debri into a blade like shape Its such a missed opportunity
Alright let's not forget that Aatrox litteraly createdd his sword stance called the Darkin stance So he is far more skilled in battle but also let's not forget that he needs flesh and blood to keep figthing and Morde has neither.. What Morde has is an army of dead. What I am trying to say? If this fight isn't a 1v1 Aatrox is not winning cus by the time Aatrox destroys Morde's 3 life time worths of soldiers (These are not just braindded zombies no they are living armours and skilled warriors. Remember Atakhan yeah he is just a soldier of Morde's army who knows what else he has) So when Aatrox finally reaches Morde he doesn't have much to fight with. But if it is a 1v1 somehow Aatrox get's to Morde without fighting his army his raw strength speed and technique wins him the battle easily.
Maybe at the very long first fight Morde's armor would be destroyed cause Aatrox would be happy at a chance to finally die, so he would be just ape shit against Morde So Morde would go back to his realm, sit in his throne and think "Hmm, what a good addition that angry god would be, how do I kill it tho?..." So Morde being Morde would make a plan to defeat Aatrox in the second battle, probably winning cause Morde's domination is inevitable, he is already very dead, only his soul remains Soon or after he get what he wants
Aatrox is immortal so if this was the case after mord defeats aatrox aatrox would hold a grudge against him until a new vessel picks him up and then aatrox would plan to beat morde and then beat morde, then morde would prep in the underworld then ressurect and then beat aatrox and it would be a ping pong match
I understand your logic and in case of forced one on one fight aatrox would most likely win. But I don't believe that mordekaiser would willingly go fight one on one, instead he would stay in immortal bastion until aatrox lost his vessel while sending all kinds of undead and magic at aatrox.
At first glance, i thought; "underdog Mordekaiser vs AATROX, A DESTROYER OF WORLDS, is NOT EVEN CLOSE?" bruh half the world of Runeterra doesn't give 2fks about Morde, he's mainly feared in Noxus, in the Immortal Bastion, ONE COUNTRY, against someone that can obliterate WORLDS, STARS, CONSTELLATIONS??? as an Aatrox main, that title raised my eyebrows, thinking Twinkdekaiser stands a chance, and is not even close.
That should be a super boss bruh, especially if Morde manages to fully tame Aatrox by promising Aatrox to kill Gods if Aatrox cooperates with him, and since Morde does hate Gods and is smarter than even LeBlanc, he's definitely capable of doing so.
Prime Aatrox probably takes the win, but since being trapped in his sword, he is significantly weaker, and with every host he gets less and less able to create a form close to his true form, however morde is the opposite, he’s just getting stronger and stronger every day, and he knows the same magic to trap darkin back into their weapons, if we took morde now against Aatrox now, morde absolutely bodies Aatrox
It’s hard to say for sure but something EVERYONE needs to understand and agree on, Aatrox is ALWAYS nerfed, Aatrox can NEVER use his full power, so you’re never really “fighting Aatrox”, if we’re talking AATROX AATROX, his true form, not needing to worry about his vessel burning out or needing to worry about the sword dropping, Aatrox sweeps damn near everyone, so in all reality, it’s a Win Win for Aatrox. If you beat Aatrox, it’s most likely because he simply isn’t even allowed to truly fight the way he wants to and is literally permanently nerfed and it’s usually his vessel dying not him dying, but if you lose to Aatrox, then he’s so much stronger than you than he doesn’t even need to be “un-nerfed” to beat you. I think true Aatrox is arguably maybe the 5th strongest entity in all of LoL, only being beaten by Kindred, Zoe, A. Sol, and Bard
We shouldn't talk about the ruination since it butchered the lore and virgo didn't even actually defeated atrues he just revived the celestial inside him which doesn't make any sense + I think you are taking these comparisons more of an ani e style, lol universe is kinda grounded in term of its power feats like speed and so on doesn't make sense
yeah look im definitely biased but aatrox doesn't win this. The powerscaling definitely got out of hand here and a big part of the mord world ending threat wasnt explored. Mords death realm isnt something you get to just be immune to bc your a darkin. Theres nothing written anywhere that suggests you can escape mords death realm without the use of extremely powerful magic. mord can win by trapping aatrox in the death realm and waiting for his host to fizzle.
Holy reaching dude. "Umm yeah this character can destroy stars and is faster than light." I after watching Mordekaiser part, I feel like you throw around "Is faster than speed of light" like it's a common trait. It's just ridiculous.
Aatrox can kill san uzal 100% but fight morderkaiser with his farming soul hmmmmm idk this battle will turn shurima into shadow isles 😅 all sand become dark green
this debate has been repeated far too long, it all depends on the number of corpses Aatrox is sitting on, the same Aatrox that was defeated by Atreus would probably fall to Morde, but if you let him raid a big city before the fight you can call him, by his own words, an "unholy god" at which point he would simply overpower Morde and either be able to kill him like he did with War or destroy his physical form and send him back to the shadow realm :)
also the aspect argument is pretty weird not every aspect is even zoe is probably stronger than pantheon same as kayle's/morg's mother is probably the strongest aspect
This seemed like an extremely biased review ngl. I wasn't even on Morde's part and already knew how the video ends. @@Vithavel yes but it wouldn't be kindred that comes to collect. Kindred is only a spirit of death created by mortals believing they exist. Fiddlesticks is of a similar existence since demons require feeding on the fear of mortals. The moment he escapes his prison and annihilates all of runeterra, all mortals would die. Kindred would cease to exist and fiddlesticks would starve.

Well you see the problem is this. The moment one has the ability to either Destroy the Soul or Subjugate the Soul of the other person wins. NO QUESTION. Due to the Atakhan Comic that came out with the New Noxus Season, we know that Mordekaiser had access to Soul Chaining/Bonding magic, that was most likely the very same magic that the Aspect of Twilight before Zoe, created to seal the Darkins in their weapons. Whether or not Mordekaiser's OWN MAGIC has enough juioce to do the same to Aatrox is unknown. We just know that Mordekaiser can use it on Atakhan, which is a demon. Either way, Olaf beats them both. He is fated to die peacefully in his sleep. As such, he CANONICALLY cannot lose to anyone in a battle to the death. Still can be outlasted though.
the difference is, the Ascended soul is imbued with celestial essence now trapped/deleted because The Aspect Of Twilight doesn't give a f even if that's it kind The Aspect of Twilight used is their own dna (celestial essence and heart of Ta'anari) then some weak Ascended/Darkin reverted their type of Ascension into their mortal form the other are sealed because they're too strong. as Aatrox describes it, it's like the force of a thousand suns that's pulling him to his prison. I'd believe it once if Mordekaiser binds a soul of a celestial being lol
Im Aatrox legit wins if he sees that he's losing in the first encounter. He will dip and go collect all his victims jax and tryndamire and if that fails ... well he can always consume his siblings even do from his interactions I don't think any of them would do that even di they hate each other where as Aatrox is just disappointed in all of them for their weakness as only Aatrox is know by name among ancient people.
@@dopeknuckles5374 And seriously, I understand the hate for this game, but in my opinion this game is TOO overhated, and that's the paradox, if almost everyone hated it, then right now those same iPad sigma kids hate it.
Morde should’ve fought in the Darkin War after betraying the mages that revived him. I guess he doesn’t want to. Darkins are just that powerful in my opinion, especially the Aspect Bane Xolanni.
Since in the new Atakhan comic, mord uses the same magic that sealed the darkin to fuse the demon and his second, mord was still a living being after the Darkin War since that magic was given by the aspect of twilight to humans to end the darkin threat.
Aatrox will take the win in a 1v1. I’d dare say very easily. What makes morde a threat is his vast growing army, so he’s a bigger threat to the rest of the world if he returns. Unless aatrox can also assemble his darkin comrades
I mean isn't mordekaiser's army direct counter to darkins? darkins in order to fight and survive need blood and well you won't get a drop of blood while fighting mordekaiser (that' why it could be said that mordekaiser and his army can defeat any darkin) and even then gathering all the darkins is quite the challange while mordekaiser has absolute control of every single soul in his army

@Michael-b5z8c other way around I thought?

Few things wrong here:
The aspects are not concepts themselves. Aatrox shouldn’t have concept manip as it’s inconsistent to the story
-kindred is not the concept of death, that was retconned a while back.
@@HughMann989 Just think of Kindred as a reaper from Supernatural, they are not the concept of death
(cuz of his infinite scaling bla bla)
Prime Aatrox no diffs.
@@GrindedMind but morde is immortal too so he should scale infinit too right?
@neutralgurke8890 not at all. He also has his infinite life, tho he does not scale like Aatrox. Aatrox uses flesh of his enemies to bound himself and create a more powerful form. He can also grow in size indenifitely. I don't think we've seem Mordekaiser do any type of scaling like this.

@ old but canon, what you said is also true. the limit part needs a bit more explanation, aatrox can feast on his victims and get stronger.
It definitely can hurt/ damage them, though
so basically aatrox put the aspect of war in a coma
@@ReaverOfTheNight I mean... kind of?
and another thing to be mentioned, during the ruin the aspect was revived by Viego, and as Mordekaiser himself says in the game when meeting Viego, he also has access to this power
therefore, even if Aatrox had in fact killed the aspect/concept, Mordekaiser's necromantic magic manages to overcome this "death"
Sure but its a 1v1. Also i guess Aatrox could bring Darkins to fight with him and find a way to escape his sword and get back to not needing a vessel

I believe aatrox takes experience. Aatrox was already a general during the void war when the darkin were all still ascended, and that itself was 500 years long so who knows how old aatrox is.
@@thanatoes537
Aatrox was an ascended, meaning he was mortal once, he CANNOT be that old
Whereas Mordekaiser can, because he lived when noxus and shurima wasn't even a thing yet, and died long before it came to existence, he lingered in the realm of the dead, refusing to fade, revived into the present day after all that time
He isn't bound by normal physical limitations of mortality, because he already experienced it, he already died, he was just stubborn enough to not fade long enough to be revived again
If anything, MORDEKAISER is the one who we dont know exactly how old because for all we know what we see of his human form is him exploiting magics he stole to remain Spry and Invigorated

Lol ? Morde needed others to obtain his powers, he’s no better.
Like Aatrox would say : « COME! »😉
ok,what does that have to do with power?
Everything. One has to have power given to them and then require a vessel.
The other has so much power he does not require anything and he takes what he wants. He will beat you and give you the option to die or become a vessel of his for he doesnt need you. The other has to take you as a vessel.

Aatrox Wins🕵♂️

Then he owned that demon. And an other demon that now fuels Annie. He had controll over two demons at once.
Besides this entire argument is useless, because members of the room team have said "mordekaiser can fight celestials. 3 at most"
I feel like youre either glazing celestials or ignoring half of mordekaiser fears. Like ruling the continent. TWICE, only losing the second time because it was part of his plan. Pantheon and The Aspect Of The Twilight is different from Leona and Diana.
Pantheon pretty much enslaved his host's, Zoe had full synchronization with it's host so they're going bananas because it can access whatever celestial magic she has.
whereas Leona, Diana and Taric are limited by their Aspect (their Aspect they embody is not giving them their full power)
that time Aatrox killed Pantheon is the literal Aspect of War, the Pantheon that commanded ASol to close a void rift.
I think you need to do a bit more research their bud. 'cause anytime you feel good riding Mordekaiser's nightfall
I'm not the one glazing here, I know Mordekaiser feats.
We also never see morde fight an aspect in the story either
Viego doesn’t scale to the aspect of war since he fought Atreus who is nowhere as strong as the original aspect.
I believe that morde's power is likely higher than star level
This is because in Rise of the Sentinels, Viego is definitely mentioned as a Celestial level powerhouse, and there is actually a description of him doing great damage to Aspects with the black mist he controls.
Furthermore, morde has shown himself to create his own dimension, so I think it's likely that he's stronger than people realize.
the idea of any of them having the ability to destroy stars seems wrong to me
in the case of mordekaiser due to pure lack of feats as you said
but for Aatrox it just doesn't make any sense, this is because his ultimate goal is to destroy everything in the hope of ceasing to exist, but if he wants to destroy the world, and theoretically has the ability to destroy stars, what's stopping him from hitting the ground and destroying the planet? Like, isn't that exactly the plan?

Im pretty new to the lore but didnt morde like devour souls to get stronger? And just because im curious is there any lore that tells how strong his soldiers are?
What the hell are we talking about Morde is 3 meters
Aatrox is 24 meters
HE IS THE SIZE OF A COKE CAN
Interesting.
Physically Aatrox is stronger, but overall Morde is better, and army wise aswell
so we add physics and math into the video to make calculations of aatroxes power then say he is faster then light.....
which would make him immedietly perish im pretty sure...
l am not sure a god would be limited by pyshics but ok
funny thing is I think Aatrox might help Morde out on conquering the world or striking some kind of deal.
Lol so that means Kayle defeated him with Morgana's chaining him means her attack potency is insane.
Casually referencing NASA in powerscale video is crazy
They need to add 5:28 as I skin, I'd buy that shit so fast
They need to add a lot of skins to Aatrox honestly
One of them should be Dark Star
I know they already did Odyssey which is set in the same universe i think, but thats not good enough
I WANT an Aatrox wielding a broken blade pulled together by the Swirling mass of a Black hole, That subsists and Devours entire stars to maintain its downright interstellar Mass, a Gaping helm with a All Devouring Eye of darkness that seeks the destruction of all things
Q, Slamming his sword onto planets, solar systems and into Galaxies
W, throwing a Black hole that chains people and pulls it to its event horizon
E, tackling through stars which culminates into his R where he Devours an entire Region of space, forming wings from the corpses of Dead Solar systems and planets, with his sword becoming a Massive swirling event horizon pulling together Debri into a blade like shape
Its such a missed opportunity
@northernalpine4350 i agree, he has such potential for all the best skin lines and they just give him decent ones
And then being stomped in top by a badger with a blow dart
And both can still be killed by a rat with some weird mushrooms 💀
Wouldn't Mord be able to sever the link between Aatrox and his host seeing that his host is a human?
I can't really follow the logic here, Volibear uses lightning, so Aatrox has to be faster than light? like what did I miss here?
Maybe at the very long first fight Morde's armor would be destroyed cause Aatrox would be happy at a chance to finally die, so he would be just ape shit against Morde
So Morde would go back to his realm, sit in his throne and think
"Hmm, what a good addition that angry god would be, how do I kill it tho?..."
So Morde being Morde would make a plan to defeat Aatrox in the second battle, probably winning cause Morde's domination is inevitable, he is already very dead, only his soul remains
Soon or after he get what he wants
Aatrox is immortal so if this was the case after mord defeats aatrox aatrox would hold a grudge against him until a new vessel picks him up and then aatrox would plan to beat morde and then beat morde, then morde would prep in the underworld then ressurect and then beat aatrox and it would be a ping pong match
Aatrox vs Mordekaiser reminds me of Triggon vs Darkseid.
Aatrox is the only being that was able to kill a Celestial
I understand your logic and in case of forced one on one fight aatrox would most likely win. But I don't believe that mordekaiser would willingly go fight one on one, instead he would stay in immortal bastion until aatrox lost his vessel while sending all kinds of undead and magic at aatrox.
At first glance, i thought; "underdog Mordekaiser vs AATROX, A DESTROYER OF WORLDS, is NOT EVEN CLOSE?"
bruh half the world of Runeterra doesn't give 2fks about Morde, he's mainly feared in Noxus, in the Immortal Bastion, ONE COUNTRY, against someone that can obliterate WORLDS, STARS, CONSTELLATIONS???
as an Aatrox main, that title raised my eyebrows, thinking Twinkdekaiser stands a chance, and is not even close.
"DESTROYER OF WORLDS". He got chained by morgana and slapped by kayle once and the fight was over. Good old fragile twinktrox is all bark no bite.
cuh was WAYYYY off his prime. ☹️
Burhh mordekaiser literally dominated the world twice
While Aatrox is still getting his ass kicked around by kayle
So what happens if Morde Picks up Aatrox... (does he not cet possesed cose its only an Armor?)
Hey, I love new conglomerate profile pic! But I would assume he would not be able to dominate morde because yeah theres no flesh, only a soul in armor
if Riot make's MMO this us need to be some sort pf super-boss , because this fusion probably shater existence himself
That should be a super boss bruh, especially if Morde manages to fully tame Aatrox by promising Aatrox to kill Gods if Aatrox cooperates with him, and since Morde does hate Gods and is smarter than even LeBlanc, he's definitely capable of doing so.
Учитывая Сагу Даркинов, Атрокс просто подчинит духовное тело морды (хотя это выглядит и звучит глупо, как и некоторые Даркины в Саге)
Do more of these contents please ❤
Kindred don’t do sht to true Aatrox form
How dare you compare Aatrox to a fkn bard.
I just find it comical that my main is a woman wielding daggers can fight in lane with a star birthing mystical dragon
İ think morde can win if given any prep time. He is super smart. Tricking Leblanc and Vladimir is a huge feat supporting that.
with all due respect I believe mordekaiser takes the win but with high diff
We shouldn't talk about the ruination since it butchered the lore and virgo didn't even actually defeated atrues he just revived the celestial inside him which doesn't make any sense
+ I think you are taking these comparisons more of an ani e style, lol universe is kinda grounded in term of its power feats like speed and so on doesn't make sense
Morde wins because I have to ban him, and do not have to ban AAtrox.
yeah look im definitely biased but aatrox doesn't win this.
"Umm yeah this character can destroy stars and is faster than light."
I after watching Mordekaiser part, I feel like you throw around "Is faster than speed of light" like it's a common trait. It's just ridiculous.

this debate has been repeated far too long, it all depends on the number of corpses Aatrox is sitting on, the same Aatrox that was defeated by Atreus would probably fall to Morde, but if you let him raid a big city before the fight you can call him, by his own words, an "unholy god" at which point he would simply overpower Morde and either be able to kill him like he did with War or destroy his physical form and send him back to the shadow realm :)
Morde can bonk demon into submission once as a human... Aatrox can't... Morde wins.

Mordekaiser can't kill Aatrox who can kill incorporeal beings. Quite self explanatory.
This seemed like an extremely biased review ngl. I wasn't even on Morde's part and already knew how the video ends. With one we are looking for more and more reasons to make assumptions whearas with the other we simply looked for excuses lol.
And I see other ppl have said it but Morde pre-dates Shurima.
sorry my friend you didnt differantiate ruined king and morderkaiser viego is ruined king and is able to prolong lives and takes souls of the dead while morde goes beyond that into relam of alredy dead spirits but he dosent control black mist nor shadow isles
you have no clue to powerscale man
I’m just mad that in this entire video he never mentioned that Aatrox can fly 🤣🤣🤣🤣 mord wins 5th round knockout tho

the powerscaling is goofy af the arguments could have been one could kill primordial gods the other enslaved demons volibear and ornn > athakana and the demon in tibbers
aatrox uses hemomancy is huge af and literally killed a good and is invincible only being able to get trapped in his sword while morde is a strong ass warlord that technicaly is invincible too since the same magic that trapped aatrox was probably used on him he still isnt as strong as aatrox
Yet he dies to police woman caitlyn...
only two beings in LoL lore beat Aatrox Pantheon its 1-1 for them and Kayle and Morgana thousands years ago. Imo Aatrox mid diff Morde
L scale
What is this shit? I thought both mains we're brothers? And even if morde win (which he does) it doesn't even matter, both of them ain't dying anyways no matter what they say.
Fiddlesticks vs Kindred?
i mean kindred only appears when your at the end and you cant stop it hes the aspect of death and riot said that everything has to come to an end even aurelion
@@Vithavel yes but it wouldn't be kindred that comes to collect. Kindred is only a spirit of death created by mortals believing they exist. Fiddlesticks is of a similar existence since demons require feeding on the fear of mortals.
Aurelion is so high and mighty that its very likely he doesnt believe he can die, so he wouldn't believe something like kindred would one day come for him. The moment he escapes his prison and annihilates all of runeterra, all mortals would die. Kindred would cease to exist and fiddlesticks would starve.
I think that the kindred's said concept given form by the mask mother is the best aproach we can have to them, whilst fiddle is kinda beyond that by being a "emotion given form" or smth @@thanatoes537
Kindred vs Arelion Sol ?
Still can be outlasted though.
the difference is, the Ascended soul is imbued with celestial essence now trapped/deleted
because The Aspect Of Twilight doesn't give a f even if that's it kind
The Aspect of Twilight used is their own dna (celestial essence and heart of Ta'anari) then some weak Ascended/Darkin reverted their type of Ascension into their mortal form the other are sealed because they're too strong.
as Aatrox describes it, it's like the force of a thousand suns that's pulling him to his prison.
I'd believe it once if Mordekaiser binds a soul of a celestial being lol
Morde looks cooler so Mord wins!
You are reaching bro. All you have to do is take awah his sword
