The red asylum dress has a .01% chance to spawn naturally inside of fort defiance, It will cycle between each outfit. It's the rarest naturally spawning apparel. And not every apparel Is purchasable at the bot good luck on everyone's search
I like running around in the beaver mascot costume from the scout hut looking area in the north west kinda area of the mire ( I think it’s been years since I played ) I had loads at one point so I gave to noobs lol

Excellent Vlog. Most of the rare items are only gotten through Events. I have been playing from the Beta back in 2018 and I always do this method ie the Bot or traders and have never known or seen the red nurse uniform only in an event or at the Asylum.

The responder vendor bot spawns at the station for me thank you for helping me with that one. But unfortunately I found the lost home location and tired for 2 hours last night to get the trader to spawn. I had 5 of them spawn but for some reason all 5 of them didn't sell a single clothing item. Is it normal some of them don't sell clothes?
There is two other locations north of Vault 76 where there are two campsites that the trader vendor can spawn at. And if you go up the hill at Emmett Mountain Disposal site, there is a campsite on top of the hill they can spawn at as well. I think there is actually like 10 spawn locations, but those 3 are the ones I have the best luck at.

Yeah, they're pretty random, sometimes you'll get the vendor without selling any clothing
