@@partysodown don't forget Hatterene also has a big base 136 sp attack in the game. She's pretty bulky but also very attack weighted.
isnt it because of the low level in GL? e.g. like dragonite, totally frail in GL, but got decent bulk in ML

Lost 250 elo today due to astonish shenanigans. I went negative on every single set and on my last set I decided to build a shadow girafarig and orangaru but what do you know suddenly those astonish users are gone and everyone is running meowstic and malamar. I have never been hard countered so much before and I have never lost that much elo even in a week.

Need some more bug type moves in the cup to make it work properly. Malamar just too dominant
Maybe leave the Hoopa behind? Not everyone was able to complete or even get the research required to change Hoopa from Unbound to Confined.
If not Psychic/Normal then what's a good counter against Hoopa and the alien?

If the #1 'mon is locked behind research from three+ years ago, that's just sad for the state of the game.
If someone doesn't have a Victini, they're not playing the game much. You can still get it today. It's permanent special research.

@@PaulwardP Claydol comes from baltoy which comes around seldomly , I have hooa unbound from elite raids but I never use it. I like the little hoopa :-)
I got the special research for the little Hoopa when I returned to the game in Nov 2021. Not sure if it’s one of those evergreen researches like the ones for Mew or Celebi. The special research that awards Victini should be though🤔
