Update on Ace - I have gotten him involved in playing some of the games ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx1_veP7CApJK_GWy_TczaMciuG64PqJeU and I can see a difference in his confidence already! My other dog played along and he became intrigued - now its a daily part of our routine - about 3 times a day we do the shell game and the muffin tin game. I am so grateful for coming upon your training techniques!
am i the only one who already has a cockapoo but still searches cockapoo on youtube, there such a wonderful breed i couldnt live without my boy

Only just got mine and I’m so excited to train it etc atm just introducing him to my dachshund and it went terrible on the first day due to me being silly but the dachshund is starting to like him but the cockapoo is super naughty XD
My cockapoo is so amazing and playful, he is one year old, and I’ve taught him to sit, lay, crawl, roll over, put his toys away, ring the bell when he needs go outside, go to bed, go to kennel, come, know his toys names, and so much more! He was so easy to train and has a great personality. I used to have a beagle that lived to the age of 19, but I do have to say, cockapoos are the best breed I’ve had.
My cockapoo has taken 4 years to learn those!
My cockapoo took 3 months to learn those. He is only 5 months old.
koalax My cockapoo is 6. I have had many breeds in my life including Irish Wolfhounds(who I still miss) But my cockapoo is the most intelligent and loving dog I have ever had. She also knows the names of her toys straight away. Knows when to attract my attention to go out (especially if I am sleeping). I only have to ‘think’ of going to bed and she is already up and off to bed. I have to agree with everything you say about them. She even has to go to the bathroom with me! I have been ill over the last year and she has been a marvellous companion to me. I am sure she understands everything i whisper to her.

koalax Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately I have ongoing conditions but my cockapoo really comforts me. Of all the dogs I have ever had and loved greatly she is the one I feel most attached too. I am 80 now and probably a bit too sentimental about her but she really cheers me up when I am down. I send my love to all cockapoo owners and hope they have as much pleasure,enjoyment and love from their dogs as I have.
Our cockatoo is ten years old still playful full of cuddles gentle and the centre of the family , beautiful company and friends with everyone 🐶
My Cockapoo runs between rooms trying to find someone who will pet him, and I'm always the one he goes for first as I love him and I will always be up for a cuddle ❤️
Im on my second Cockapoo, my first was Sunny who was my sunshine. She passed in November and we were heart broken. She was the sweetest dog ever. In January we got a chocolate little girl and named her Jovie. Puppies are handful for sure but she is so loving and we love her.
We just lost (had to put him down due to heart condition) our Cockapoo of 15 years his name was “Happy” and he was the best dog a human could want, we lucked out and found him at a dog pound when he was about a year old, he was great with kids other dogs and he never met a stranger he was truly a awesome friend of your thinking of getting a cockapoo I strongly suggest looking into one of the rescue groups first before you buy a pup you won’t regret it and you will forever be a lover of the breed.
I picked my cockapoo today. Rolo will be ready to move into his new home in 3 weeks time. I'm so excited! This is my first pet as an adult. I had a wonderful Staffordshire bull terrier for 20 years, when I was younger.

My cockapoo was the healthiest dog I’ve ever met, not a single health issue in his 12 years of life until he got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 7 months ago. We lost my beautiful baby boy last Monday and he was suppose to turn 13 in March... Rip Bubba❤️
Mine was very healthy too until she suddenly took ill at a little over 14 years old. She made it to 14 1/2. I miss her so much.
Mine was diagnosed with cushings disease and was put to sleep a few days before she turned 13 as well. I miss her every day 😪
My Cockapoo girl made it to just one month shy of her 18th birthday before I finally had to call the vet to come and put her to rest... And even though I now have a handsome young Cockapoo boy who is the light of my life, I still miss my girl dreadfully and hope every day that she is happily chasing birds up in heaven.
I share your grief. We had our wonderful girl just short of her 11th birthday when she was diagnosed with the same condition. It was so sad and she will be missed forever..

I have 2 cockapoo’s! A blonde boy named Charlie- He’s very shy & afraid but when he knows you is the most affectionate thing💕 and a black and white girl named Poppy- She’s very smart & you won’t hear a peep out of her! She is very loving and will move to be beside you while you eat dinner💕

I have a straight hair black and white cockapoo. He is only 5 months old. He looks like a Springer spaniel but is not. He is so smart. He already knows; come, fetch, sit, paw, wave, double paw, down, roll over, in, out, run, heel and so much more I can't even remember all. I love him. He is the best puppy.
I have just got my cocker poo abbe❤️❤️ and i am lying here in the bed and cuddling with him. And i have just had him 4 days and he is so nice and well behaved already

We love our tan cockapoo Suzy and before her we had a white one named Lucy. Great dogs and I love them tremendously.

I had one that was it by a car when he was 5, fell 20 ft of a rock-face broke his front legs when he was 12, had a stroke when he was 15, and I put him down when he went blind and deaf at the age of 22.

We had 2 cockapoo’s Brennen my sweet boy passed 3 weeks ago at the age of 16years 3months he was fantastic loving and sweet we also had his sister Mia Belle who shared the same mother she was 4 years younger than he and was 9 when she passed she was a hilarious silly girl with a huge personality. If we decide to get another dog I would definitely get another cockapoo. We miss our babies so much but we know that they are together🌈🌈

Do you, PetPlan UK know details of mother and father of this choc one featured? Coat color is not important but all other physical traits are. I would ask to keep the tail, as opposed to docking. If bought as a puppy it is difficult to tell how they will look when grown. I've asked a similar question of another breeder farther down.

May I ask; do you know the mix of mum and dad needed to produce a cockapoo JUST like the one in the video? I had a coal black girl cockapoo who looked exactly like this one and I want another. But I don't want a short-legged one, a little miniature one or a short snouted one. Mine had long legs, long snout, an un-docked tail, beautiful coat and such a happy, loving disposition. But I had to have her put down after cancer got the best of her.
I do not and cannot replace Chelsea. But I did love her features. My neighbor has a white cockapoo with 2" legs, short stocky body and smooshed face. Is it always a pure gamble due to the genetic lines of mum and dad as well as all predecessors of the two?
moodylicious hi you would want to be sure the parents are pure bred cocker and a pure bred poodle. That is the key to getting the result you want. The puppy should have long legs. Some people use a Bichon Frise and they have much shorter legs. Colour is not always guaranteed. It would help if one of the parents were the colour you want. But colour can be tricky.

@@moodylicious you CANNOT predict what traits a mixed breed dog will get. It doesn't matter what breed the parents are. Genetics are a crapshot at best when you crossbreed.

I have off white and light tan 6 month old girl Cockapoo...she is an awesome puppy...but it’s not easy being pregnant and giving her all the attention and exercise she needs...me and her pet daddy live apart for now but I definitely need the help of family to take her out and socialize when mommy is pregnant and sleepy!...Can’t wait till we are all together under the same roof and she loovves her pet daddy!
It was right my Cockapoo passed away when she was 13 yrs. old .her bday is Jan.20,2008 and she passed away on Feb.18,2021.He rename is Kisses. She have internal bleeding.

I have a 19 month old puppy cockapoo. She is beautiful and really well behaved until a bigger dog comes along and she almost looks aggressive. She will lunge at the other dog while making the most high pitch bark I've ever heard. Does anyone else's dog do this. I'm running out of ideas on how to handle the problem
