If all you want to do is make x number of projects just to get a job, trust me, UX design is not the right thing for you. Ppl who genuinely love designing dont care how many projects they build. I know people who created few projects and still managed to win high paying clients / full-time opportunities coz their projects were amazing.

It's not about making project for job... It's about making your case study on right problem rather then making it a copy paste of other's case study.

Long story short - stealing and tweaking is no crime be it any creative endeavor. Period
