- Thanksgiving is only a day away, and LAX is a hub of activity on Wednesday. Traffic at the airport is up about 91.5% as compared to pre-pandemic levels, according to the TSA, and as many as 2.5 million passengers are expected to come through between Nov. 16-27.
On Tuesday, travel was impacted by 234 delays, most of which were weather-related, but there were no cancellations, according to airport spokesperson Heath Montgomery.
KTLA's Marybeth McDade reports on Nov. 22, 2023.

I went to LAX earlier today at 11:45 am . It got me an hour to go from the end of 105 to terminal 1
Never take the 105 into l a x. Always take century boulevard.
I am thankful for not being caught in the middle of all that mess. Amen
