The best thing about Linkin Park, they are real, original, consistent, and never had problems with their band. no discipline issues or anytg. Chester broke his arm, ankle and still perform. its amazing! RIP Chester Bennington
they definitely had problems within the band. they literally all gave chester an interview for his addictions. they definitely weren't as bad or difficult as a lot of bands but it wasn't just rainbows and unicorns
Probably one of the better/best interviews on the net. The questions were great, the answers were great, the flow and timing of the whole thing was excellent. Sooooo good.
R.I.P Chester, I'm praying for your family and the guys in LP. Been crying for 4 days. This just sucks. You're a legend. Rest easy, you're finally free from the struggle and darkness. 💔
1:50 its amazing how ahead of time they were (yes the management too) with the suggestion of releasing music more frequently in smaller amounts and bands novadays are doing the exact thing.
Now THIS was a great interview; the interviewer was asking some thoughtful questions and seemed to actually enjoy Linkin Park's presence. Toure was totally engaged and was having fun with the guys. See, we need more interviewers like this! Also, cool name.
Every single LP interview I watch I just get so emotional, what a legend they all are! I can't believe he's not with us anymore... Such a kind human being!
What a great interview, Toure is sophisticated does his research and asks smart questions. I also like his interview with Lady Gaga and u can see he was pleasantly surprised----he brings out real thoughts and challenges artists without being rude.
6:18.......nah people had it right the 1st time, it had never been done before. Nobody dominated with hiphop-rock until Hybrid Theory for a reason. Just reading critics trying to put it in a box is hilarious. Adding the fact that there was no one coming even close to Chester before 2000 and that there hasn´t been anyone since...................just crazy.
Es interesante que Chester diga que el álbum debía escucharse de principio a fin. Así son sus álbumes más famosos Hybrid theory y meteora: inconscientemente los escuchas de seguido y sus transiciones unían las canciones, no las separaban
is that the general consensus? i stopped listening after m2m and I've been meaning to dive into the rest of their catalog this is not very encouraging😂😂
Good to see you're back on the scene. I look forward to future uploads. even though i fell to clickbait, I'll give you a subscribe on good faith and credit.= MORE LINKIN PARK PLZ
10:35 bubble gum pop🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 yeah... They r right... Nobody can beat linkin park in terms of quality... Nowadays too hollywood is a bubblegum pop .. We miss LP🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
they said they were sick of bubblegum pop specifically in the year 2000, not that they hate pop music as a whole, and if you're referring to one more light then that came out a whole 17 years later
They were talking about really "bubblegum pop" like Mike stated. The type of pop that was extremely happy and kind of "bubblegum" like he described. Not pop music as a whole. They love it
2010 Emo Mike Shinoda was something else definely
YES!!!!
Definely?
@@russelbek aye man that's one of my favorite songs
@@russelbek 😍
And no one talking about Chester kinda looking like he's gonna present a brand new IPhone?
This band became and will go down as one of the most influential in music history.

Chester has a beautiful smile... And very cute...
you dont see too many sit downs like this. no twitter questions, games, or foolishness. just there adults having a conversation.
So true man, so true. Now everything is so social media, smh it's sad.
October 19th, 20 beyond Well I mean, there’s some good out of it.

tom kav take care of yourself. I "understand" it all to. Talking to someone helps.

I honestly really like this interview, like it's probably my favorite interview for A Thousand Suns.

6:38 their body language tho and the feet, adorable 💗

Mike himself is doing the same thing 😅

10:43 so true Mike so true......
Mike's hair is the best
Most creative Band 🔥❤️
Their most underrated album.. people didn't appreciate this album at the release even me , many years later it appeared to be a brilliant album
Watching this now, it makes me wish I appreciated LP more. Life got me too busy to do so. RIP CHESTER
What a great interview, Toure is sophisticated does his research and asks smart questions. I also like his interview with Lady Gaga and u can see he was pleasantly surprised----he brings out real thoughts and challenges artists without being rude.
Even after more than 20 years now no other musicians or bands or group or collaborations can do the same like what they have done 👏👏👏👏👏
They're not only my favorite band. They're my heros. I miss you Chester, thank you Linkin Park
another one of their awesome albums.
I'm here because the new LP era, thanks this interview I know a little bit more about the band history and I love it

haha that interviewer is great! honestly, he's awesome :D
A thousand suns was a good album but I get that the fact why many people hated it as they did not expect it.
Because they are close minded
Waiting for the end is one of my favourite ever songs 💜
Bet people are taking another look at the catalyst now for jnstance
Great host 🤗! Of course Chaz and Mike are great too ❤. Love this.
Oh and Chester is beautiful, but it get's boring to say that all the time 😂.
Thw questions were so gooooood🤩🤩🤩
I demand full interview!!! I feel like it originally went at least 30 minutes.
can we just talk about mike's hair for a second😂😂 i can't concentrate on a word he was saying
Problem solved by just looking at Chester instead lol
Linkin Park is not just a band. It's a family.
Mike's hair XD
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@checkone234 yeah
That phase ..I think he regret it.
The Bieber doo, was the same time Bieber was rocking it! He laughs at it on his modern streams now lol
It's majestic. My favorite hairstyle of his.
As time passed this album age likes fine wine.. Only one complain i have is there 6 interludes are there..
Es interesante que Chester diga que el álbum debía escucharse de principio a fin. Así son sus álbumes más famosos Hybrid theory y meteora: inconscientemente los escuchas de seguido y sus transiciones unían las canciones, no las separaban
Mike`s a musical genius. Inspite of everything from 2007 to 2017.
is that the general consensus? i stopped listening after m2m and I've been meaning to dive into the rest of their catalog this is not very encouraging😂😂

They talking about Kobe as well.. damn
Lakers had just won the title back to back seasons at this time. This is from like 2010 or 2011 so it makes sense.

Good Interview
04:02 Look at Chester's right shoe, he probably stepped on a chewing gum or something lol
3:25/3:26 too
that album is 7 years old. why is this just released?
The full episode was never released online, so we decided to release it as part of our channel's relaunch.
Fuse I'd fix the description because they are about to have 3 albums released since this interview was originally aired
Good to see you're back on the scene. I look forward to future uploads. even though i fell to clickbait, I'll give you a subscribe on good faith and credit.= MORE LINKIN PARK PLZ
Fuse Thank you though. Especially after what happened right now. 😢
@@Fuse I'd say putting the dates of actual interviews would be very helpful
