The sequel is finally here and this is my full run on normal. I actually spent about 3 hours but had to cut out like 40 mins due to repeated deaths against bosses especially the final boss. I highly recommend grabbing the 3 weapon parts to create the special weapon in the end as it makes the final boss much easier. I can't imagine trying to fight that thing with normal weapons lol. Retro arcade blast. I adore oldskul Shoot'Em Ups. Thanks a lot to devs, of this project. There aren't enough games like this right now. The only pity is that there is no cooperative gameplay on one device and not modern, highly detailed graphics.
It's infuriating that they anounced this for ps4/ps5/switch and almost 7 months later and NOTHING HAPPENED. No release date, no statement from the devs. I'm really sad. Great playthrough by the way. This game slaps just like the 1st one.

It's like Forgotten Worlds and Dark Souls had a child together.
I think giving the normal shot a bar that decrease does not make sense maybe a weaker main weapon would have been more practical and leave this mechanic with special weapons so player must be more strategic when are used
This reminds me alot of Section Z on the NES (if anyone else remembers that far back).
Smooth gameplay
I'm utterly terrible at shoot em ups, it took me solid 6.1 hours on Easy to get to the last boss - I have yet to beat him.
Söldner-X 3 and Gradius VI. Will we ever get to have these...?
F@cking masterpiece. I usually wait for the console version but just couldn’t hold out any longer. And it was on sale for a tenner. Glorious glorious game. Nothing else like it. By the way, for the average gamer it’s around 6 hours on the standard difficulty, which is plenty long. And it is not a rail shooter. 🙄

I love side scrolling arcade action and this is $29.25 Canadian on Steam for me.

He cut out 45 mins of deaths. For comparison I’m at 3 hrs and I’m at the 1:33 point on his vid. I am a massive shmup fan and don’t suck. lol

In the end of this game therion says vroll has revised in different ways. So it's a matter of time before he comes back
uh, can this game be completed in only 3 hours? shorter than the first game then.
I mean you may take longer or less. It depends on skill. I spent 3 hours and beat it after losing to the final boss a couple times but yea its short
Oki, cool. I'm still gonna get it i think. But i do feel like 25 euro is a little high for 3ish hours. Given that i loved the first game, i think it's worth it. 😅 @@Rubhen925
Oh my goddess what have they done? The entire sequel is an on rail shooter??!! It wouldn’t be bad to have this on certain parts of a level, but not throughout the whole game. I’ll pass.
