Oh, Valeria, I love the positivity and encouragement you give to women young and young at heart. But Pantene again? No hate, just as I would say to my sisters or mother, do consider something more natural. It wouldn't stop me from watching your videos just like how I wouldn't stop loving my sisters if they use Pantene but for the sake of health/environment/animals..maybe reconsider. I recently learned that you shouldn't do skincare while on the plane! You're supposed to lock in moisture BEFORE the flight and then take care of your skin right after landing. Doing skincare on the plane apparently has the same effect on your skin as licking your lips.

Loved some of the tips but I'm a bit disappointed that you didn't recommend any more natural hair products.. I loved your natural hair care routine since I try really hard not to use any hairproduct with silicones and sulfates and other bad ingredients but they are still soo hard to find!!
Silicones are not bad for you or your hair. Just because something has "chemicals" doesnt mean it's bad or just because something is "natural" doesnt mean its better
@@Lucia-be4wb Silicones build up on your hair because they aren't water soluble, meaning they don't wash out of you hair unless you use harsh shampoos that strip your scalp and hair of natural oils, making it look frizzy and tangled much faster, thus defeating the purpose of a "conditioner" sooo sorry but that's not what I in my hair product but to each their own I guess ;)
@Itsme - This is her job. She is supposed to get paid. The entire video is 17 minutes long. The promotion was a VERY small portion. She worked hard on this video and she is not forcing anyone to use Patene. Lighten up!

Since I saw that you use Pantene I have to mention that they use very toxic and low quality ingredients in there products such as SLS and Cocamide DEA.
Zehra Zelic I used Pantene as a kid and it totally destroyed my scalp, hair and back. I had the worst dry, frizzy and unmanageable hair, itchy scalp and back acne. Since I stopped using Pantene, it has all gone away.

I'm going to Russia this June for 3 weeks with my parents and brother. We haven't been back since we left, over 20 years ago. I'm so excited to see my family and where I grew up as a little girl. Nail chips are so huge ! It turns your whole look around on vacation and the salt water and bathing in the water in general totally makes your nails chip faster. But neutral hands are so necessary I’m all about going nuts on the toes

My interest in your content derived from your knowledge as a holistic nutritionist and the values that are aligned with that.i have always appreciated your authenticity and your natural approach as well as how you continue to evolve. I am a business woman and I understand that you are running a business however, because you are a content creator online with thousands of teenagers following you, they are impressionable and what you post should coincide with the ideals of how you built your business. Your followers from Day 1, including myself were extatic to see someone online promoting what was good for people. As you have already seen in some of the comments, Pantene is not cruelty free and their products are bad for your hair. Many other companies also don't align with my values such as NARS (they don't allow animal testing in the states but do in China) therefore I can no longer support them. Promoting yourself as a holistic nutritionist, which you are, and building followers based on those philosophies and sticking to those principles will be a great way to have a positive impact on our youth. Most of her subscribers are young girls though. Holistic stuff is great and all but its also expensive and there's no point trying to promote products that the majority of your audience can't afford. I'm certain lots of people use Pantene because its what they can afford. She has mentioned Brogieo on her channel before, but its like £30 for a small bottle, there's no way I could afford that. I'd love to be holistic but with my modest paycheque it isn't realistic and I imagine a lot of the girls here feel the same way. We have to live within our means.

Imperfection ist perfect also beauty influencers: make sure to get a manicure & pedicure before a vacation bc chipped nails are an absolute no go, also remove every hair on your body and make sure to already be tan before you go on vacay. you should probably also get lash extansions to be naturally beautiful at the beach. so basically spent days running from appointment to appointment and spent a lot of money so you can be "effortlessly and naturally beautiful" on your vacation- and be just as stressed out as at home 🙃

I mean, yeah, we know that workout is good for your health, but come one. Valeria is doing a fitness workout, a pilates workout and a hip-hop workout. Isn't that a little too much? In the video, she never says that you HAVE to do those things in order to be pretty or have a good time on your vacation. I think that working, taking care of 3 kids and doing 3 types of workout puts too much stress on the body and on the mind. There's literally no time for rest and one's always on the run thinking how this or that should be done. That's not healthy and I'm saying this as a psychology student. I really like Valeria, I do enjoy watching her videos but I do not accept everything she does. But that's just my opinion. If she's okay with this schedule and this type of lifestyle, it's her choice.
I am from bangladesh. Its a neighbor country of india. And as it is a humid country... Doctors suggest to drink saline water. One packet of saline is enough for each day. My doctor aunt also drinks that. And also you need to mix the saline in right amount of water. And while i am talking about this 😛 just letting you people know that oral saline is invented by a bangladeshi doctor. 😊 U said u mix salt in water is a really good thing.
She went before videos how briogeo is without chemicals and nasty things like parabens and silicones. And now suddenly chooses pantene. She used to say how she will do sponsored content just few times. And now it's every time.

I am from bangladesh. Its a neighbor country of india. And as it is a humid country... Doctors suggest to drink saline water. One packet of saline is enough for each day. My doctor aunt also drinks that. And also you need to mix the saline in right amount of water. And while i am talking about this 😛 just letting you people know that oral saline is invented by a bangladeshi doctor. 😊 U said u mix salt in water is a really good thing.

She went before videos how briogeo is without chemicals and nasty things like parabens and silicones. And now suddenly chooses pantene. She used to say how she will do sponsored content just few times. And now it's every time.
Pantene is great guys.
Its not great it is one of most damaging hair products . (where are few articles about it). And I think products which Valeria now recommends is exactly line which articles mentions. It has a lot of harsh chemicals. And the worse part Valeria is influencer who supposed to be honest. Do you all really think person who studied nutrition and like natural products would use pantene?
pantene still to this day tests on animals so please do not promote such brand!!
