    To those that still insist that Oswald didn't to it. The assassin's own brother believed him to be guilty and if you ever have the time, then read about the Oswald family background and you will learn much about why Lee Oswald did it. With a mother like the one that raised him, it tells you a lot about Oswald's psyche and how his mind was wired.

      But there is no real evidence of there being any conspiracy. Nor does there need to have been, it was an easy assassination for Oswald. Basically there is just desperate speculation and straws grasped to substitute as evidence.
      People also need to look at Jack Ruby and see what a boob he was. And realise that Oswald by far most likely just acted alone.

    Unfortunately Posner STILL doesn't understand that the Zapruder film does NOT contain the first shot. You can see the girl stopping her run on the sidewalk reacting to the first shot. The first shot happens BEFORE Zapruder. Posner can needlessly wear glasses to try to look smarter, and talk about experts that can do things that weren't possible in 1963 (the same garbage conspiracy theorists say when pushing their nonsense), but the answer is simple. The ONLY reason the Warren Commish. got it wrong was because they took it at face value when Zapruder said he captured the entire event. He didn't. He missed the first shot.

    The problem with a separate hit to JC is that JFK is waving and smiling up to Z200 and he is reacting to being shot at Z224 - JC reacts almost simultaneously its too fast for Oswald to fire twice which is why we know that one bullet hit JFK and JC at Z221/2
    I don't quite agree with GP that the missed shot was fired at Z160/1.....its more like Z140 to Z150 or even before.

    13:05 not what Hill maintained for over 50 years. He always said the back of Kennedy's head blew off. Meaning, there was a frontal shot, and thus, a conspiracy. But as of 2018-2019, he changed his description. Why? Has he finally realized that what he saw and testified to was blatant proof of conspiracy? I think most likely. And of course, Posner, being the apologist he is, doesn't confront Hill on this.

    There were only three shots and they were fired by LHO, two went directly at JFK and the third and last one was directed at Jacqueline's head. The first hit JFK and Connally simultaneously, the second hit JFK's head and the third and last hit directly the drain cover that was in front of the limousine and the stairs of Grassy Knoll, the difference in time of the sound of the hit The bullet on the cover and the explosion of the rifle is fractions of a second, this hit on the cover is the apparent shot that many witnesses said they heard. The bullet fragmented there and a part of that bullet continued to where Mr. Tague was. The FBI collected and hid all the evidence of that third shot, because until today they did not want it to be known that LHO had also shot Jacqueline's head. This is the great secret that the American government has kept to this day. ua-cam.com/video/Hg_QZOkX14I/v-deo.html

    This is a great video. I have always believed Mr. Posner and Mr. Bugliosi in that they believe Oswald was the lone Assassin, but after I saw a video of all the Parkland Doctors and Nurses insisting the throat wound was an entrance wound and that the President's Brain had been removed, bullet fragments removed, and the brain being put back into the President's head and bring loose and not attached when the actual Autopsy took place, I am having doubts again. Why do the Parkland Doctors seem so sure about entrance wounds from the front. I tend to believe Clint Hill being he was at the scene and saw what he saw. Also, there were many ear witnesses who heard 3 shots. And, the audio played at the House Select Committee on Assassinations in 1976 came to an incorrect conclusion at the time that was later proven false. It was not 4 shots. False. It was 3. What about the Parkland Doctors theories Mr. Posner?

    • @randyharris3175
      @randyharris3175 Рік тому

      I believe what the drs said was they thought it was an entrance wound. Dr Jones has basically admitted he was wrong by explaning the outward push of the threads on the tie as the bullet exited. Perry didn't talk much about it after that day he seemed to disappear after that at some point but that was because the press was hounding him. Funny you would mention Posner on a show he was on a friend introduced Posner who said he was allowed to interview Perry because he was from the town he lived in. Perry told the man the best book he ever read on the Kennedy assassanation was Case Closed that schould tell you what Perry's real opinion on the bullet was. As far as Mccleland goes I read his WC testimony he never said they knew it was positively a entrance wound. Mccleland a proponent of the bullet coming from the front on the head shot didn't say that in 1964 in front of the WC when asked did he have an opinion which direction the head shot came from his answer was it would be impossible to say.

    When President Kennedy was shot on November 22, 1963, he was taken to Parkland Hospital. Dr. Malcolm Perry was one of the doctors who attended to Kennedy, performing a tracheotomy over the small wound in Kennedy's throat. Perry stated three times at a press conference later that day that Kennedy's neck wound appeared to be an entrance wound. --- Perry was entrusted with performing the tracheotomy because he was considered the most skilled surgeon at Parkland - Perry had extensive experience treating gunshot wounds at Parkland Hospital. He easily could recognize an entrance wound from an exit wound.

      In an press conference after the assassination, Dr. Perry was asked several questions about JFK's wounds.
      Asked about the wound in the throat, he said,
      "Questioner :
      What was the entrance wound?
      Dr Perry :
      There was an entrance wound in the neck. As regards the one in the head, I cannot say.
      Questioner :
      Which way was the bullet coming on the neck wound? At him?
      Dr Perry :
      It appeared to be coming at him."
      First, he said it was an entry wound, then immediately qualified his answer and he continued the qualified response about the nature of the wound throughout the questioning. Dr. Perry based his initial answer on a smooth, round wound in JFK's throat and to him, it was characteristic of an entry wound, not an exit.
      The reason Dr. Perry said the throat wound was an entry was because of its physical appearance. In his experiences, entry wounds made a small entry, large exit wound from standard bullets. The copper jacketed bullet does not behave like standard bullets when hitting only soft tissue. Instead of expanding/mushrooming, a jacketed bullet will remain intact when it hits only soft tissue. That style of bullet only deforms when it initially hits hard material such as bone at full velocity impact when the jacket fractures and the lead alloy core fragments throughout the target.
      Anything else?

    • @rossie714
      @rossie714 Рік тому

      They did not turn Kennedy over. They observed him only with him lying on his back. They did not observe the rear of his head and see the entrance wound there, or the complete damage to Kennedy’s head. Nor did they see the wound to his upper back. With conspiracy people, every account of his wounds and their placement begins and ends with the Parkland doctors. They ignore every observation before (including the obvious images of the Zapruder film, which show zero damage to the rear), as well as the more careful examinations after. They just refuse to acknowledge.

    Gerald Posner is a poser to support the lone assassin theory.

      Mr. Posner is correct. Oswald was the lone assassin. Jack Ruby had no association woth Oswald. Posner's blockbuster book of 25 years ago, " Case Closed ", methodically tears apart every conspiracy theory. I am from Dallas and I recall that day well. My dad, Anthony Marotta, filmed the motorcade. I became interested as a child, reading all the conspiracy books. Mr. Posner is an American hero for proving them all wrong.

      Do you have an alternate scenario that differs from all the investigations done in the years since the assassination?

      Posner a poser? Posing as what? Did you read Case Closed? It’s a very, thoroughly compelling book. With that being said, Posner is very awkward in this video as an interviewer

    I repeat my above statement. There were more than one shooter.
