In the winter months, my house can get pretty cold. I'm constantly wearing socks, and I noticed when my kitties walked across me, their paws were cold. Also, they have been sleeping on the heating vents! So I wanted to get them a nice bed that would keep them toasty while they slept. I went straight to Amazon and found their top rated cat bed, the K&H Pet Products Thermo-Kitty Heated Cat Bed. My kitties loved it so much that I had to buy a second one! It was nice because I could try out both the Sage and Mocha colors. Highly recommended, especially if you have senior cats!

We tried that heated cat bed, but our cats preferred the electric blanket on our bed. Go figure. Wish they would like what we buy for them. They always want our stuff, and not their stuff.

She will love it ❤😻 We got one for our 18yr young cat Max and it is his go to "kitty cup." It's on a chair in front of a window with 2 very busy bird feeders outside. Only one thing I don't like is that it is not very easy to take apart to wash bc he vomits maybe once a week and it happens so fast that he doesn't have time to jump down on the floor...poor baby 🐾😿❤

I got one for an old kitty and she loved it, even when not plugged in. It was a good investment for a senior kitty.
Exactly! I got this same bed for my 18yr young cat Max. He sleeps a lot and has trouble moving around so he deserves this "kitty cup" It's sitting on a chair in front of a window with 2 very busy bird feeders so he's one happy boy. Only thing I don't care for is how much work it is to take apart to wash. Hmm I'm considering getting it for my 16 year old girl nala...she sleeps a lot in the basement because there is a lot of noisy people all over in my house so the basement is a place for her to be not be bothered winter is coming and I think it's cold down there and maybe she will enjoy this. The only thing is she's really picky and literally ignores everything I buy for her

I have two Sphinx cats and they love that bed, especially in the fall and winter.
I got the 16” one. At first, our kitty wasn’t interested. Then my stepdaughter suggested putting treats in the bed as an introduction. Bingo! Our fur baby loves the bed! I put it on the end table next to my end of the sofa. He can look out the window (I put a bird feeder out there), sleep, just hang out with us. I would highly recommend the bed.

I just bought my 2 ND one after a few years. My cat loves it. My house is old & drafty so I bought the hooded one; yummier than sliced bread. :D ...my cat told me!

I highly recommend these beds. I have three beds in my outdoor “house”, and my two cats love them. Well designed to disassemble to hand wash in a 5gal bucket.

I live in a tropical and very humid city, here there's like 20 cold days in winter and the rest of the year the weather is so hot like hell so my cats don't really need heating beds but is really good if you live in a city with true winter days 😂 thanks for the video !
Haha I don't know if they make cooling beds (I think they have cool pads though?). That sounds like what your pets need :)
It's been a while since you posted this video. Do you still live this on 24/7? Do you ever unplug it?
Until I bought two more, my THREE cats would all pile into the one bed I bought. Now they all three have their own heated bed and they love them! I really like the fact that you can leave them plugged in all the time. They only heat up when the cat gets in an activates the sensor.

I've thought about heated beds - my two cats don't really get on and the closest they ever get to snuggling is in winter on the bed but even then I tend to wake up unable to move because there's a 5 kilo cat on either side of my legs, staking out their own space. This would, maybe, fix that. They'd be warm during the day at least!

Thanks for reminding me how to put it back together! We've had ours for years and it was really nasty--not only a huge collection of cat fur in the crack, but someone had urped. I took it apart to wash, but it took awhile to gather enough nasty stuff together for the washing machine. By the time the cover was clean again, I'd forgotten how to reassemble it--on first pass I didn't see the zipper on the inside where the heating element goes. Thanks to you our cats will have their cozy spot by the big window back again. :D
How do you make your cat like this? I bought one but I don’t think he realizes what it is.
Put treats in it. Once they feel the warmth they will know and come back to it.
Patience helps. My 16 year old kitty took a while to get used to it.

My cat is 26 not sure if she would be able to get out of this bed am looking for a very comfortable bed for her . I ordered one from Amazon never received it it was the donut bed
Twenty-six!?!?!?! Wow, that's awesome. I have one of these beds and really feel as if she'd be able to get in it. If she can get into the litterbox then she should be fine.

Received mine from Amazon yesterday and the cushion is too thick and does not allow the heat to reach the surface of it so you feel no heat.
I thought that too but once the cat lies in it for a while it starts to heat up and get toasty warm

Just got one of these today and so far we're not impressed. It's been plugged in for over an hour and I don't feel ANY temperature difference. I realize it's supposed to be subtle but it feels the same temp as everything else in the room. If I open it up and directly feel the heating pad it barely feels warmer than the surrounding material. The heat is so weak I don't see how it would ever penetrate the thick padding. We'll give it a couple of days but it's likely getting returned.
Okay, I take it back. Once we got her to stay in it for a while it has become our cat's favorite place to be! It does get warmer when the cushion is compressed a bit. I'm really glad because our cat is 17 years old and she has medical issues causing her to be skin and bones. She needs the extra warmth.
for anyone who got their cat one of these and s/he didnt use it at all. i had to gently lay my cat down in it, then not let her leave it for like 30 minutes. nothing crazy, just keep the cat laying down in it long enough to heat up. once your cat realizes it is heated they will refuse to not use it.
