I even began dreaming again after a few weeks with it. Low oxygenation can lead to poor memory retention, seizures, and even worse. I highly recommend you look into one for yourself and Colin's sake. I did a spell working in the base education centre in HMS Drake during the late 90's / early 2000's, so I kind of understand what you mean about leading a double life.

I found this episode very enjoyable. When you answered about scary moments, I thought of a few events on the boat. I think it was the river Ribble that Colin was panicking, running around shouting "We're sinking!" Happy Holidays!!
I do want to see outside please. One Christmas we were opening presents from the pile with the dog looking and joining in. It never occurred to us that she would expect a present too. She was clearly upset not to have anything. We rapidly found something but after that always made sure the dog had a present in the pile. Seeing Otis looking at the note copying how you look at it was precious.
Love the way you make each other laugh and laugh together. As someone who has had her share of giggles with her husband for almost as long, I'll bet that's had a lot to do with what's kept you together for thirty years. The love you two share with each other is tangible. 💜

There is a way to stop snoring... I fixed my own by manipulating the flap of skin that falls open when you're about to fall asleep.
