I'm 13 and my dream has always been to go to MIT but I am international so we don't have ap classes so i don't know what to to do to stand out of the crowd do you have any advice and keep up the good work your vlogs are awsome
I would try to get in contact with someone who was in a similar international position. Honestly, I’m not too familiar with that specific process because I grew up in the US. Best of luck!
@Stanley McNulty I really believe that teachers aren’t necessary at all. There are people who do remote learning or self studying. One can technically get a high school diploma, college degree, etc., without ever having to attend classes or enroll in any school. It would be interesting if a society dares to challenge people by not requiring them to enroll in classes or pay for college. The only criteria is for them to pass whatever exams needed to qualify for the job or position in life.
Regardless of dropping out (which I hugely respect), you still made to get into these universities. I want to replicate that, I want to get accepted and get to study Aerospace too, but coming from a different background complicates many things. I just wanted to know if I could get to talk with you regarding the topic and how you got in if it's not much of a hassle. Thanks for sharing. It's amazing content you make!
