One of my favourite species! I have a few small seedlings and a bigger BE-3256. I remember being at a presentation on this plant in the Hortus Botanicus in Leiden, given by Art Vogel himself, years ago. That makes the plant a bit more special for me.
Q: Is the BE-3256 male or female?

Is it slow grower?
Here in Cunha, SP, Brazil, at 1.000 mts, N ventricosa is a very fast grower, although harder to pitch.
