i have had one knee replacement and need another. Even a lot of seated exercise is too hard for me. I LOVE your videos and I can actually work up a sweat! Love your positive energy! You are a game changer for me!

So thankful that I came across these seat exercise videos. I been exercising to them for the pass 7 months. I just love your energy and the diversity music. However, my favorite is Motown - BTW -- my favorite exercise movements are the (hand circles) and what I call (Baby Shark swims (two hands together and your like going back and forth. I have to get back to Metro for my aqua aerobics for my knees. Being unable to really work out the way I want to this was a big pick me up. Thank you so much! And keep em comin!!!!

"Coming up", "Juniors farm", "Listen to what the man said", "Let them in", "Say, say, say with MJ", "Live and let die", "Hi, Hi, Hi", and "Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey" to suggest a few.
