why beş in the first and beşi in the third? it is always 5…?

04.05(saat dördü beş geçe) at five past four.
05.10(saat beşi on geçe) at ten past five

Yes always 5 but saat 5 is its 5 o'clock but saat besi 20 geçiyor is its tewenty past five

saat beşte = at 5 o´clock.
