He's pretty minimal with his spending and is confused when his siblings openly express what they want to their parents. So I guess he just wants to prevents his brother to just spend money to donate to him HAHAHA.
More importantly, donating to him through most channels would be a waste compared to just outright giving the money since most everybody takes a cut. It's not supportive, it's wasteful.
