I think if Bulgaria won the balkan wars they would have joined the entente because they could gain constantinople and would have nothing to gain from serbia greece and romania anymore

Also Bulgarian foreign policy was very pro-russian the only reason they sided with the Central Powers is because they were more Anti Serbian than pro-russian

Bulgaria joining the Central Powers seems unlikely here. There's really just nothing that this alliance can offer Bulgaria anymore. Perhaps their one remaining demand would be Ottoman lands up to Constantinople and that's a chip I can't see the Germans readily promising.
