You're pretty much right. It's like two different movies. The scenes on the plane during the hijack are very dramatic whilst the all-action response when the Delta Force becomes involved is just full on comical 80s style action.
Watching Delta Force, this theme is so epic it's ground breaking. Got goosebumps listening to it in the action scenes. It's like a superhero theme, got to be Canons best film in my view.

Then Chuck Norris heard about it and got out of the plane and pushed the runway ahead of it 3. this soundtrack plays in Chuck's head on a loop. You just hear it because he allows it

Daammn! That epic buildup is an great touch. You can feel that things are uncertain for for the hostages. Then the first few tentative notes of hope kick in to let you know everything is gonna be ok cuz Chuck, Lee and the Delta Force are on their way. Then bam! The full theme busts in and all hell breaks loose as the Delta Force goes into action. This is one of the best “extended versions” I’ve heard from your channel… if not the best. The only criticism I have is the ending. Other than that, awesome 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾

I serve, and when I get back in civilian life I feel like vomiting seeing the people always being so judgemental, social media addict, selfie addict, reluctant as hell to do even the simplest physical ordeals, in a phrase "they are suffering from Grandiose delusions (GD) with Orwellian Animal Farm like herd behaviour instead of individualism, utter disrespect of motherland yet deriving every benefit of it".
