Oh...my...god..I truly wish I could live there, It's like a paradise ice palace. My favorite colors are blue & white, and my most favorite thing in the world is blue water. I absolutely love all of the sunlight & ocean & pool views through all of the windows. Powerful editing transitions, BTW. I am curious, can you hang art on walls like that? Hard to imagine hammering a nail into that icy-smooth Venetian plaster. Or maybe you could have frescos painted.

How much does this cost after a hurricane destroys it and every building within 5 miles?
I had a lot to do with building this house and I'm going to tell you I don't think this house would come down in a hurricane.. this is probably one of the safest houses in that area ..
The houses on the beach in Seaside are made on top of foundations that have deep pillars, and tons of concrete. They are all cement, and very thick. It is a premier destination, and only premier builders and the finest craftsmen build there. A Cat5 might do cosmetic damage, but that's it.
