- Today we are opening BRG "Graveyard Overdrive ", our third of four Collector's Edition Commander Decks from Modern Horizons 3 [MH3].
Why are there Commander decks on a Modern legal set that's supposed to be focused on Modern? Good Question!
Because for some reason Hasbro thinks everything has to be Commander.
Purchased as a preorder on 4 June 2024 at Gaming Underground @GamingUndergroundLLC in High Point, North Carolina.

How do you know it’s slush art?
@bradensorensen966 That is based off of several artists mentioning on Twitter that the art was commissioned for prior sets and wasn't used, the disjointed appearance of many of the pieces in relation to one another, and several pieces look out of place like they were intended for specific planes but are being used in a generic setting.
If I remember correctly there was also an article about how they are using art assets that were left over from other sets in MH3.
@@petespacks It was revealed that art for the first Modern Horizons was HEAVILY slushed together. But, I haven’t heard any credible sources state anything like that for MH3.
@brandensorwnsen966 MH1 and MH2 absolutely had tons of cards that used leftover art from other sets, and so did most of the Masters sets that preceded them. It's pretty reasonable to assume that they did the same thing for MH3, especially when comparing the art to other sets. I don't have any definitive first hand sources on hand at the moment though.
@@petespacks It’s the third set in an increasingly popular format defining set. I’m pretty sure they had most of the art commissioned intentionally for this set.
You know what set DEFINITELY had slush art though? Time Spiral Remastered!
Not the card art, but the advertising and packaging.
