I agree with this build and added some of its components, but i also added Oppression to feed the yard faster and help my strategy. I can post my full current deck list here if anyone is interested in seeing it.
Im pretty high on Malevolent Rumble. 2 mana look at 4 get a permanent if you want out the rest in your yard. And it makes a spawn to refund some of the mana.
This is maybe just me but I think building around the lhurgoyf recursion is a trap. You're turning into a very monolith deck that has cards that do absolutely nothing without the commander out. Super awesome when it works but disappointing when it doesn't. I took it in the other direction and built the deck around combat damage pay offs.
The trap is that a tribal deck typically pays out for playing a tribe, and in this deck, the tribe IS the payoff. Disa represents "guaranteed Tarmogoyf" in the command zone, it's not super hard to build a deck that capitalizes on 3 opponents to be able to consistently turbo out a 5/6 I think self mill is not what this deck particularly wants, discard though is very important.
I do agree that conspiracy and such are a bit too much living the Magic Xmas deck and will often underperform. That said,it's a perfect deck to experiment with them.
In my oppinion ashes of the fallen is a wrong Card. Why? If a Creature like a dog is in your graveyard, that Card is an lur . Check if this Card goes on the Stack he is a dog again. The rules in this Situation says this is not the correctly Target of the Commander and the dog goes back in to the graveyard, because is not a legal Target.
Negative man Ashes of the fallen let's say Lhurgoyf. Disa's ability checks only when a Lhurgoyf permanent in the graveyard. So let's say you mill one card. Disa would then check if the permanent is a Lhurgoyf which Ashes would make it. Then it checks if the Lhurgoyf permanent entered from anywhere other than the battlefield. At no point in which a milled creature is in the graveyard and no a Lhurgoyf permanent. Rules 611.3 a continuous effect may be generated by the static of an object. Then Rule 611.3a A continuous effect generated by a static ability isn't "locked in": It applies at any given moment to whatever it's text indicates. So yes it still triggers.
Nether Goyf says YOUR graveyard. Not all graveyards. Btw
I love the way you included so many cards to make everything luhrgoyfs, makes this deck a lot more viable! Good stuff guys (that magic)

put it
I’m interested
Buried Alive is a beast in this deck. You can cheat three goyfs out with Disa out. If pyrogoyf is around, you also dish loads of damage ! 🎉

I believe nethergoyf is just your graveyard, I have been misplaying it personally. Not sure if that is causing price inflation or other reasons
You added the shocks, but not the fetchable surveal lands for mkm. They seem perrrrfect here
surveil lands enter tapped
What about adding flip Sheoldred for constant graveyard filling? Am I missing something?
great choices
Hello there!
ive added a (Life finds a way) in my deck...works very well...evey goyf i play create me an other tarmagoyf if theres already one.
Wild that you missed the most obvious upgrade: a bunch of Battles for +1 card type. A lot of them fit well in the deck, too
